I’ve honestly never had customer service this good from any other company, they are always available and responsive, can’t fault them at all, I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Really great product, clear visuals and the night light function is great. My only slight pet peeve with this is to do with the monitor. When on, there is a green light that is permanently on. Which isn’t an issue during the day but at night it is way too bright consider most people will be keeping this on their bedside table. It would ideal if this light could be turned off!

Really Excellent Baby Monitor The range is really good and I don't have to worry when I leave my wifi range (In the garden!) The view is super clear and great volume. It also can be set to dim and loght up based on noise from little one. The customer service is also excellent, I had a faulty button on my unit after 18minths, Chris replied quickly to my issue, after sending a picture/video of the issue with all the required info and new unit was sent out same day 😀 I was never without a unit to keep an eye on my little one 👏 Thank you!

This is our second baby monitor having had the leapfrog for our first child. I’ve owned it about 1 month now and so far so good. Head and shoulders better than the leapfrog monitor we owned. Picture quality is great and love that camera is adjustable. One thing I would say is that you will need an adjustable mount if you want to use the camera straight above. We got one on Amazon but I was surprised that baby sense didn’t sell one.

It just works, straight from the box. Connecting the camera to an existing monitor as a second camera is super easy as well. There's a button on the camera itself and a couple of clicks on the monitor's menu. I like the non-wifi connectivity that makes it very safe, without the need to rely on your internet connection to watch your baby. Highly recommended!

L'écran est très pratique, qu'on puisse voir d'une camera à l'autre ou les 2 en même temps est très pratique. L'écran se décharge assez vite, je dois le brancher tous les jours pour pouvoir l'utiliser sans la prise au moment de la sieste. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé toutes les fonctions comme je viens de l'acheter. Pour le moment j'en suis très satisfaite.

This is a wonderful baby monitor option, especially for twin moms! It's a super clear video (even at nighttime), and it allows me to see both kiddos on the same screen. AND, now that they are older, I can even use the microphone to talk to them without having to go all the way upstairs. I have since bought two other supplemental cameras and put them in other locations around the house (because it can pair up to 4 cameras!), so it's been a great bang for your buck! Also, I like that it's NOT on my phone because I am not tempted to check on them when I'm at work or out on the occasional date night. My first camera system worked perfectly for 2. 5 years. But recently, I traveled out of the country with it, and when I came back home, it stopped working properly (the cameras kept disconnecting). Even after some troubleshooting, it wasn't the same. I bought a replacement parent unit to avoid the headache of having to pair the camera every time I turned it on, and this new unit was having issues charging properly. The customer service team was excellent, and they were able to send me a replacement within a couple days. So far, I've had absolutely no issues with this replacement. Apart from this minor inconvenience, I would recommend this baby monitor!
