Bought in January for the arrival of our 2nd child. We have been very pleased with it, and the screen is so clear, I can clearly see both children in split screen which you can move around to get better views. Sadly, for unknown reason, my parent unit stopped working. But the amazing customer service got back me within hours and have sent out a new parent unit! I am delighted with the product and the service!

We love our dual camera monitor and have recommended it to lots of friends. Unfortunately the on-off button stopped working 18 months after I’d bought it but Babysense just replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Fantastic customer service!

This is a MUST HAVE to every parent especially if you have multiple children or multiple nap spots! The split screen or single screen option is great in addition to the super easy set up (no more WiFi woes). It also has its own monitor which I like way better than using my phone! I don’t know how I’ve existed as a mom of young kids without this product.

Everything was straightforward when purchasing and delivery was efficient, also pleased about the warranty given.

I genuinely cannot fault this camera – it performs brilliantly. But even more impressive is the customer service, which is truly second to none. Over the past few years, we’ve encountered a few minor issues with the camera and even some physical damage to the monitor. Each time, we’ve been sent a replacement item completely free of charge. Absolutely outstanding support – truly above and beyond!

Absolutely brilliant! We purchased the add on camera for our 2nd child as the monitor allows you to do a split screen so we can see both children at the same time when napping and bedtime. So convenient! Also the customer service at babysense is excellent!

the lifetime of this device is not long, but the costumer service is really helpful and obliging. we are using our third one in three years, but the support ist really friendly. the good display quality will not last long, but we are fine with it. the signal for our purpose is perfect - we give away the display to our neighbours to watch our babies so we can go to supermarket realy quick.

I ordered a camera online. When the package arrived, we installed the camera, but it didn't work. I contacted customer service, who responded quickly. After I sent them the requested pictures and videos, they sent a new package right away. Everything worked great! I'm really pleased with how quickly and easy they solved the problem.
