Service après vente au top 👌🏽 ils sont très réactif et propose une solution instantanément. Je recommande la marque et le modèle les yeux fermé.

J’ai eu un problème avec les caméras qui faisaient du bruit après 2 ans d’utilisation. Le service client a été à l’écoute malgré la garantie dépassée et surtout très réactif et nous a changé les câbles d’alimentation qui étaient à l’origine du sifflement. Merci beaucoup à Babysense, avec un service client de cette qualité, vous ne prenez aucun risque pour commander ! Je recommande +++

Great product ,cant xompare to others. Its just that much better in connection range and battery. Quality is good, dual cam is a life saver and the turning of the camera. . . you cant hear a thing. Top

Had several baby cams, but cant compare. . . top end product, great connection, even to the garage! Others failed when i went outside. Quality and battery are 👌 Would buy again! Big recommend, worth every euro.

Customer service is incredible.

The screen and picture are clear the option to scan and VOX options are really helpful we love this product and it's our second babysense monitor. The monitor charge is good and the set up is super easy. It would be better if the night light option was in the settings as it is easy to accidentally press . Also, the screen even on the lowest setting is bright. It could be even better if there was a very dim mode. These are nit picking comments on what is a great product.

Je àsuis ravie car je peut surveillé mon bébé de 3 mois et ma fille de 2ans en même temp facile à installé on vois très bien a la caméra on peut bouger la caméra à distance si enfants ce déplace on peut leur parler à distance et mettre une musique pour le endormir
