Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. La qualité de l'image et du son correspond à mes attentes. L'écran est très pratique, qu'on puisse voir d'une camera à l'autre ou les 2 en même temps est très pratique. L'écran se décharge assez vite, je dois le brancher tous les jours pour pouvoir l'utiliser sans la prise au moment de la sieste. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé toutes les fonctions comme je viens de l'acheter. Pour le moment j'en suis très satisfaite.

This is a wonderful baby monitor option, especially for twin moms! It's a super clear video (even at nighttime), and it allows me to see both kiddos on the same screen. AND, now that they are older, I can even use the microphone to talk to them without having to go all the way upstairs. I have since bought two other supplemental cameras and put them in other locations around the house (because it can pair up to 4 cameras!), so it's been a great bang for your buck! Also, I like that it's NOT on my phone because I am not tempted to check on them when I'm at work or out on the occasional date night. My first camera system worked perfectly for 2. 5 years. But recently, I traveled out of the country with it, and when I came back home, it stopped working properly (the cameras kept disconnecting). Even after some troubleshooting, it wasn't the same. I bought a replacement parent unit to avoid the headache of having to pair the camera every time I turned it on, and this new unit was having issues charging properly. The customer service team was excellent, and they were able to send me a replacement within a couple days. So far, I've had absolutely no issues with this replacement. Apart from this minor inconvenience, I would recommend this baby monitor!

Le babyphone est bien, une très bonne qualité d’image mais il ne capte pas dans ma chambre très problématique pour surveiller mon bébé qui est dans sa chambre. . dans le reste de l’appartement ça capte bien mais quand le babyphone est dans ma chambre ça ne capte plus donc je suis deg.

I dealt with the company for 2 years now. We used their breathing monitor and baby monitor. Very good quality product in good prices. Had an issue yesterday with the monitor after almost 2 years of using. They sent a replacement free of charge and I have received it today which is just unbelievable. I remember when I initially ordered the set the website did not apply a discount for some reason, after writing to the customer service they sent the discount valid back to my account straightaway. Overall superhappy. They are trustworthy and I do like how user friendly and reliable their products are. Thank you for all your support!

I really like it the picture quality is great. The only thing that annoys me is that the green light can't be turned off.

Really happy with this baby cam to watch our babies day or night. It just all worked fine straight out of the box so top marks for this price of 150EUR. Plastics are really fine quality and battery life is well over a day (we charge the screen daily)

The best monitor on the market. The screen is so big and clear and you can zoom in to literally see the baby breathing which is so reassuring. The customer service from babysense is OUTSTANDING. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to buy again. Being a mum can be tough but Babysense make things that little bit easier.

Fantastic baby monitor that has been invaluable throughout our daughter's first year. Unfortunately, has a small issue with the pin in the back stand coming loose and shorting the parent unit but after contacting BabySense I had the unit replaced under warranty within 48 hours use. An excellent monitor with stellar service behind it!
