Some great products in this store

Very impressed with this company and their service.

I purchased 2 packs of the Aura petal/stripe bath towel sets from Myer. There was small issue with one of the towels. Myer didnt want to assist me, so I approached the Aura team direct and they were absolutely amazing! They went well above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I will only now shop via Aura direct ! My bath towels set looks amazing in my bathroom too Thanks again Aura team x

Love these tea towels. They are very absorbent and when displayed in the kitchen are visually pleasing.

Efficient, easy to purchase, a few too many follow up emails.

Beautiful quality and fast shipping - will definitely be back for more

Fantastic

Fast shipping at a fair price.

Great

It certainly wasn’t perfect and quite inconvenient. The incorrect colour and size rugs was delivered. Not sure how you got that so wrong. The correct rug size and colour was sent out after I informed but it took a follow up call from me chasing up an email and online enquiry to get things moving for arranging the correct replacement. Saving grace for my rating was the returns process. Otherwise it would have been 2 stars.

Easy to order online & fast delivery.

Beautiful products , quality is fantastic, communication , shipping and delivery was spot on . These pieces make my converted van look luxurious and homely

Great service and fast delivery always feel confident ordering from this company
