It certainly wasn’t perfect and quite inconvenient. The incorrect colour and size rugs was delivered. Not sure how you got that so wrong. The correct rug size and colour was sent out after I informed but it took a follow up call from me chasing up an email and online enquiry to get things moving for arranging the correct replacement. Saving grace for my rating was the returns process. Otherwise it would have been 2 stars.
