I purchased 2 packs of the Aura petal/stripe bath towel sets from Myer. There was small issue with one of the towels. Myer didnt want to assist me, so I approached the Aura team direct and they were absolutely amazing! They went well above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I will only now shop via Aura direct ! My bath towels set looks amazing in my bathroom too Thanks again Aura team x

It certainly wasn’t perfect and quite inconvenient. The incorrect colour and size rugs was delivered. Not sure how you got that so wrong. The correct rug size and colour was sent out after I informed but it took a follow up call from me chasing up an email and online enquiry to get things moving for arranging the correct replacement. Saving grace for my rating was the returns process. Otherwise it would have been 2 stars.
