I purchased this tablecloth and matching napkins for my Christmas table. The tablecloth I received was nothing like the colour on the website, it was a very dull and dirty brownish green, and it certainly didn’t match the napkins which were more accurate in colour. There was also a band of fading at one end of the tablecloth. I returned my entire order and got my money refunded. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control for items which should be better for the price.

I purchased 2 packs of the Aura petal/stripe bath towel sets from Myer. There was small issue with one of the towels. Myer didnt want to assist me, so I approached the Aura team direct and they were absolutely amazing! They went well above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I will only now shop via Aura direct !
