I had a problem with my S8 sub. When I got in touch with support@audioengineusa.com. I was asked for proof of purchase and was sent a new amp for the S8 sub. Outstanding after sales care. I would highly recommend them. Also the sound quality is amazing from the HD6 speakers paired with the S8 Subwoofer. 5 star all day.

I replaced a 30 year old Klipsch 2. 1 computer speaker system with the AudioEngine A2+ speakers in matte orange and the S6 subwoofer in black. The speakers arrived in excellent condition in boxes within a shipping box, and everything was very secure. I opted for new wires from Blue Jeans Cables instead of those provided, because I'm always looking for that last 1%. Hooking everything up was easy, I used the UBB-C connection from my Dell computer and am very happy with the results. The Klipsch speakers were a little harsh, and the AudioEngine speakers are much more natural and neutral. I've yet to do the subwoofer crawl, and placed the S6 sub in the same place as the Klipsch sub. The bass is very accurate for a 6" driver, I needed a little more output and adjusted the crossover higher than I might have liked to get more impact from it. The Klipsch sub also has a 6" driver, but in a ported cabinet, and has a higher output than the sealed S6. I've only used the new speakers for several hours, and think a little run in will help with the sound quality. So far, I'm very happy with my choice, love the pop of colour in a sea of gray and black of computer systems, and the sound I'm getting from the AudioEngine system exceeds my expectations. I'm confident the sound will get even better with a little fine tuning and time. Highly recommended!

I spent thousands of dollars on high-end audio until I discovered Audioengine about 15 years ago. Since then, I've owned the original 5, the 5+ and recently added the HD5, so I feel qualified to offer an HD5 review. I wanted to hear if the HD5 with optical cable made an audible difference, even though the other 5s sounded very good. It doe, especially if you have lossless input and HD music. Wider, deeper soundstage and exceptional detail. Yes, I'm very picky, but the fact that the HD5 set a new standard for me says it all. . . . way to go, Audioengine!

The rubber stands for my Audioengine desk speakers started to fall apart. I'm sure they were out of warranty, but they sent me new ones when I messaged them. It's that kind of service that will have me coming back in the future.
