N22 is working great. Clear, undistorted sound, enough power for my A25s. I love the convenient Bluetooth connection to my digital devices. The one thing I wish was that there was an "on" light so that I wouldn't forget to turn it off.

They were very kind. My speakers were overheating and I thought I’d have to go through a whole process to get them repaired, but they sent me new replacement speakers instead!

I purchase a set of refurb'd HD4's from your official eBay store and was saddened to see they arrived with a bent volume knob which turned stiffly and would grind against the aluminum housing surrounding the knob itself. Reached out via the support page and received a response the next day which was very kind & helpful. A (basically new) replacement unit was sent, this one even having the updated USB-C interface instead of the older Micro USB. I truly couldn't be more grateful and will recommend AE products to anyone I can for life.

Reached out to support after a problem arose with my A2+ Speakers. After a lot of time and attention by Steve to help remedy the issue, he graciously offered to warranty the speakers as I was unable to find a repair option locally. To support the brand, I purchased a desktop amp to run the replacement speakers and they are working better than ever. Grateful for Audioengine standjng by their product. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I have owned already : A2, A2+ and the HD5 version 2025. they are very good products. the last pair, the HD5, is so powerful that I always fear my neighbours will scream at me !

I purchased a pair of A5+ years ago and they sound better and better. Adding a DAC improved the sound even more. I recently picked some HD6 speakers and I am very pleased with them. I play them from my iPhone and the Bluetooth works great.

A software problem arose with my A2+ speakers: a digital connection to the PC did not allow use of the balance control in Windows. I returned the speakers and Audioengine very promptly sent a new pair that work flawlessly. Coupled with an Audioengine subwoofer the sound is clear as a bell. Work great. . . Thanks. . . .
