Gee enough!
I love my Audioengine speakers. I did have a problem with the first pair. The power plug going in to the speakers was getting really hot. Not just warm but really hot. I called customer service and talked with Steve in customer service. He determined that my speakers needed to be returned for service. He sent me a new pair of speakers and so far they have been working just fine. I can recommend the speakers and the service was great. A Texas product as well.
Everything is Copacetic . . .
I am a long time very loyal customer of yours, at beginning starting with A5, then A2+, Sub S6 and Dac D1P. I contacted the Customer support team for several questions, and I received a top assistance, much more than expected. Immediate feedback along with any possible suggestion and/or viable solutions. . To me 2 features make the real difference between Excellent Companies and Average ones: the quality of the products and the excellence of the Customer Support, and you sports both ! Undoubtedly aTop Notch organization, which you all are. As we say in Italy: BRAVISSIMI !!
My 10 roughly 10 yr old speaker started having bluetooth issues. The support person could not have been nicer nor more helpful. I bought a replacement with the discount code he gave me. Very pleased. (Oh, and the new speaker sounds great. )
First of all, I have to say the audio engine B1 is great for streaming off my Bluetooth I phone, Excellent sound. I can wander around out in the yard and the music plays on “audio engine” You guys got it together. hats off to your team Alan
Needed a replacement for a lost power brick for powered speakers, and within days was back up and running.
NICE!
I have been buying their products for sometime and the products are excellent and their customer service is beyond excellent!!
When all attempts fail to resurrect the Bluetooth feature on a speaker, I was offered a replacement electronics board at a reasonable price…easily swapped out and problem solved. Excellent communication with support. Thanks!
Been a fan of Audioengine for several years. Had the original A2’s and upgraded to the A2+ and sound is clean & pristine for such a small speaker. Adding the S6 Sub is a definite PLUS - though the sub is small it puts out some nice bass to give the music a more rounded sound!!! Using with my old SONY CD Player it works well.
Amp went out on my A2+ speakers. Before reaching out to support I tried to troubleshoot on my own to confirm the amp was the issue or if there was a fix. Support got back to me in a timely manner and confirmed my issue before offering a replacement part. I wish it was cheaper but it was better than buying a whole new set of speakers. Replacing the amp board was quick and easy and now my speakers are good as new. Support did everything I would expect from a good support team. Would've been nice to get the part for free ;) but to expect that would be ridiculous. Overall I'm happy and expectations were met. Keep up the good work!
Great product. As advertised.
The A2+ speakers sound so good for small speakers. I would definitely recommend to anyone buying them for their desktop setup.
I appreciate quick replies and helpful advice. I had an issue with the power supply, Audioengine generously sent me a replacement.
For many years, I used a pair of Fostex PM0. 3 speakers as desktop speakers for the computer in our company lounge. They were certainly much better than ordinary computer speakers, but I would describe them as merely decent. For music listening, they lacked the musicality and emotional engagement I was looking for. Everything changed when Spotify began offering lossless audio. That was the moment I felt it was finally time to upgrade to a pair of speakers truly designed for music enjoyment. Last year, after extensive research and many long discussions about sound signature, musicality, and overall listening preferences, I first purchased the Audioengine HD3 in Taiwan, even though I had never heard of this relatively young American brand before. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, especially since the price was noticeably higher than many competing products in the same category. But after a full break-in period, the HD3 completely exceeded all my expectations. The joy it brought me was comparable to listening through the premium Bose surround system in my Porsche 911 Turbo, the Burmester system in my wife’s Mercedes GLC, my office hi-fi setup with a Cayin A-50T and Wharfedale 12. 3 speakers, and even my Sennheiser HD650 headphones during late-night listening sessions. If I had to describe the HD3 in one word, it would be: moving. Because of that incredible experience, I decided to place another pair of Audioengine speakers on the large desk in my open home study. Since the space is larger and paired with a bigger monitor, I chose the HD4. Unfortunately, this model is not officially available in Taiwan, so this became my very first direct purchase from the U. S. through Amazon. To my surprise, even after international shipping, the discounted price was actually lower than what I had paid for the HD3 locally. After spending 11 days completing a full 100-hour break-in, I can confidently say that the HD4 has once again deeply impressed me. Whether listening ...
Best in the business
Swiftly solved the issue I had. My speakers got replaced by the company with a new pair of speakers. They were with a newer usb-c port even. The support person was friendly and focused on the issue. I am happy for the solution. Package arrived pretty quickly after the solution was settled although was an international delivery. Great job!
Very helpful employee. Fast shipping and answered all my questions. Love it
I love the AE2+ design!
