Eleanor, the member of your support team that assisted me, was prompt in replying to several questions. She was knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining things to me, often correcting erroneous information I had received from other sources and making assumptions. In doing so, she exhibited considerable patience. I’m 92 years old and haven’t kept up with things related to audio as I once did, so she helped educate me. I also admit to not being as sharp as I once was. She’s a gem and, although I thanked her my last exchange with her, hope you’ll advise her accordingly so she knows I REALLY DID APPRECIATE HER HELP!

After four years of daily use, I needed to troubleshoot an issue (likely related to the power supply) for my A22 desktop amplifier. Service from tech support has been prompt, informative, and helpful. Dinged a star because navigating the website to actually get in touch with support was frustrating, and it was never clear (until I got an e-mail response from a person) whether my messages were getting through.

Very easy to navigate on their website which is definitely a big plus, first time purchase and their products are very high standard quality and have a high quality sound. I always enjoy dropping a bunch of money on a company's products that offer a healthy military discount honoring military veterans is respectful and important in this day and age Thanks again Audio Engine !

Love everything about these speakers. They initially appealed to me because of their beautiful sleek look and then I made sure they had good reviews. I was impressed at how well they had been packaged so they would not be damaged in transit. The installation could not have been easier (even though I am 89 years of age). They have replaced my vintage l984 Bose speakers and the sound is incredibly good.

great speakers' great company would definably buy from again

I enjoyed nearly one year of great sound from my Audioengine 2+ wireless speaker system. Couple that with support that has been as good as it gets and Audioengine should definitely be considered as a source for top quality desktop computer speakers.

Support has been very helpful, which is hard to find these days.

Provided thorough answers to my questions.

Although a full fix was not possible due to software issues support were very helpful as far as they could be. I will be trying a work around suggested in due course

The amplifier was easy to install and worked perfectly. Reasonable price for out of warranty repair. Now I am good for another 6 years 😊
