Shipping was easy. while I enjoy looking a the speakers, it might be nice to offer a grill. This would be more for protection than aesthetics. I use these in my office and have them linked to my computer. It would be interesting to hear them hooked up to a nice stereo as I am sure they would sound much better.

A support call to inquire about setup was handled quickly and informatively. Also, shipping was very quick.

I ordered A2 speakers and the sound is awesome I bought bose wave and Klipsch speakers but for price and sound audio engine speakers best value im not audio expert I tried a few option but come conclusion audio engine speakers was the best option

Wish I hadn't had to replace the sub (and have a yet unreported original issue with one of the speakers - too much going on), but Audioengine was prompt about replacing it.
