Ordered replacement woofers for A5+. They were reasonably priced and came quickly. Support also gave me alot of food troubleshooting advice

Very quick to confirm my issue with clear and concise troubleshooting steps, perfect remedy identified, replacement parts shipped quickly and the installation instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Based on my experiences with audiengine support, and how much I've enjoy my Audioengine products, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again in the future.

Upgraded from the Pebbles to the Edifiers, but wasn't impressed. SO I upgraded to these and am very happy with them. Sound is great. I just wish the volume knob was on the front, or even better, it came with a volume puck potienometer.

What, no multiple choice answers? I have to actually write my own sentences? Okay, I'll see if I can remember how to do that. In summary, it was a huge relief talking to Steve. He listened well and made helpful suggestions, but NOT, importantly, as a substitute for concrete solutions from your end. Talking to tech support is often stressful, but this was easy; I felt respected, and confident that he was committed to resolving my issue in a way that would satisfy me. He was generous about the terms of the warranty (for a D1 DAC) and agreed to send me a replacement part and/or for me to send the unit back for repair or replacement. I look forward to reporting back about a successful resolution to this issues. --Paul

Amazing sound from these speakers! Should of done this years ago. . . . .

I bought the Audioengine B1 a decade ago. It still works to this day. I only bought the newest version of the B1 to gain the additional Bluetooth codecs and Type C USB power connection. The quality speaks for itself; the B1 is built very well, blends in seamlessly with my home theater setup, and the Bluetooth connection is strong and reliable with excellent range. Even if you have built in Bluetooth in your audio setup, I highly recommend the B1 as a dedicated line in.

There were two problems with my order. The first mistake was mine when I inadvertently purchased the wrong item (no blue-tooth). It was open box and non-returnable. Nonetheless, AE generously and conveniently resolved that for me. The 2nd mistake was their's when they sent the wrong item. Once again, Michael at AE courteously and quickly resolved the issue. It was obvious that my having a positive experience was important to him. I love the A5+ speakers; they exceeded my expectations and I really appreciate the great customer service. So with great value, quality, and sound, I'm very happy with my choice.

Great speakers for my home office! I chose the newer HD4 over the HD3 and am very pleased with the sound clarity and ability to fill the room. High quality construction and premium walnut finish. Connected to my PC via USB and connect other devices via Bluetooth. I added an S6 subwoofer and highly recommend this system!
