Packaging was great. Order came quickly. Prior to purchase, I spoke to someone twice at Audioengine about connecting my existing subwoofer and believed it would not be a problem. But after my purchase and set up of the AE speakers, I learned that I couldn't connect my subwoofer, so I'm disappointed that that wasn't pinned down during my conversation with AE. So now, I'm running my old Klipsch speakers and subwoofer in combo with the AE speakers to get the subwoofer working using Voicemeeter software. However, to avoid a lag, I had to change from Bluetooth to wired with the AE speakers. That sort of defeats the purpose of buying the bluetooth A5+ speakers. But with all that said, they do sound great, albeit not that much better than my Klipsch speakers.

Audioengine is my new favorite company. Started with the A2s, then the A5s. . . Just added the S6 sub and absolutely love everything I've purchased. I asked an off the wall question from tech. support and received a quick an informative response in less than 24 hours. Very pleased in every way.

Love them, super clear and loud, get the sub, I’m ordering it when I upgrade to their higher series.

It took me some time to isolate the problem but my newly purchased A5+ speaker wasn’t sending signal to the S6 subwoofer. I called support, they accepted my diagnosis and quickly shipped me a replacement amplifier section for the A5+. I swapped it out, problem fixed. Said I didn’t need to return the faulty unit. Very satisfied.

I don’t rate 6 because it’s not possible. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thanks for your help!

I have had Audioengine for years and I love them. I just got the new S6 subwoofer and it totally adds to the quality of my music!!

I'm so glad I bought these speakers. I received them yesterday and have them set up in my home office. They sound absolutely fantastic. I wish I had thought to do this a long time ago!

My dad absolutely loves this system. This would be the 3rd Audioengine speaker I have bought. I have been surprised how it can fill a large space. I have gifted two others to family and friends.

The old remote stopped working after many years. Nothing could revive it. The new one works perfectly.

Had a question on the use of a DAC for my A2+ speakers. Audioengine’s response was thorough and offered several options that would satisfy my needs. Response time was within a 24 hour time frame which was better than expected. Thanks Audioengine!

Great clarity and sound staging with vocals and symphony pieces. Paired with U-Turn Orbit Gen2 with built-in pre-amp. Next upgrade S8 subwoofer. Double basses not coming through as clear. Need to be careful with A5+ bluetooth when in pairing mode as the signal is picked up by U-Turn pre-amp as a hissing sound. Goes away after A5+ bluetooth pairing mode times out. This is an issue only with pre-amp connecting to A5+ RCA input. No issue with A5+ RCA inputs if there is no pre-amp involved i. e. CD player.

I received the H3 speakers from a friend without the power supply. I ordered from the website using the serial number of the product I have and received a shipment with the missing item. Now I'm really enjoying the fine quality sound of the H3

Looks 10/10, Sound 10/10, connectivity had some issues but 100/10 for their service as the replacement was in within a week.

I have been wanting a pair of Audioengine Desktop Speakers for about 10 years, but didn’t have the desk space for them. So… for my 69th Birthday, I decided that life is to short to not listen to great sounding music, so I bought a bigger desk and a pair of A2+ speakers. The sound was so incredible that 2 days later I bought the S6 Subwoofer for that added dimension and all I can say is “WOW” and that’s coming from someone who spent their entire career in studios producing TV & Radio commercials. I really have enjoyed re-listening to all of my old albums since then. Now I think I’m going to need a new office chair!!!
