There's a lot of reviews here about the sonic quality of Audio Engine speakers by folks who know a lot more than me on the subject. I rarely write reviews, but recently the bluetooth functionality on my AudioEngine A2+ speakers stopped working. When I called customer support, a human answered. A real human. Immediately. A real person who was very helpful and patient and even swapped a part for me at no cost despite just falling outside the warranty dates. It was a rare pleasant experience. Cannot recommend this company more.

I am upgrading from my old A2+ speakers, and the A5+ speakers sound beautiful. The A2+ speakers sounded great for their small size, but the A5+ speakers are just a huge jump up in fidelity and a fuller richer sound. I now hear subtle details in music that was just not possible before. But. . . I had trouble with my new A5+ speakers that started after about a week of use, and Michael helped me twice on the phone. Super nice and friendly guy. The first replacement sent had the same problem, a high-pitched whining noise that no troubleshooting seemed to fix. I called back, and he sent me out another replacement and these seems to work flawlessly. So I guess the 3rd time was the charm. I have only praise for Audioengine support! THE ABSOLUTE BEST !!!!!!!

Great support, had a low-cost and warrantied replacement part to repair my (out of warranty) speakers that I could do on my own. So glad I didn't have to throw the entire set out.

I received a reply to my email in about an hour. The cost was much less than expected. Two days later I had new woofers for my 15 year old speakers. Instructions were spot on, and they're pumping out music like new.

The Audioengine team is very responsive to email inquires and provides expert advice on how best to set up their products. They also provide easy-to-understand explanations of common issues that arise when interfacing speakers with other audiovisual equipment and with operation systems and software.

I am a very long time Fidelia lover, but due to the total abandonment in which the app was left from the previous ownership up to some months ago, with my regret, I started using other players (Audirvāna, Amarra Luxe, Apple Music and Foobar2000). Then Patrick Krekelberg become the new owner, and soon Fidelia returned to the ancient splendor ! I was more than happy to come back in Fidelia family of lovers, and soon Patrick started a tremendous series of innovation, last one the amazing app for iOS and the EQ and a top customer support ! She was knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining things to me, often correcting erroneous information I had received from other sources and making assumptions. In doing so, she exhibited considerable patience. I’m 92 years old and haven’t kept up with things related to audio as I once did, so she helped educate me. I also admit to not being as sharp as I once was. She’s a gem and, although I thanked her my last exchange with her, hope you’ll advise her accordingly so she knows I REALLY DID APPRECIATE HER HELP!

After four years of daily use, I needed to troubleshoot an issue (likely related to the power supply) for my A22 desktop amplifier. Service from tech support has been prompt, informative, and helpful. Dinged a star because navigating the website to actually get in touch with support was frustrating, and it was never clear (until I got an e-mail response from a person) whether my messages were getting through.

Very easy to navigate on their website which is definitely a big plus, first time purchase and their products are very high standard quality and have a high quality sound.
