Good, fast service on reasonably priced replacement parts for my Audioengine 2 speakers
My Audioengine A2+ starting making subtle static and buzzing sounds when they were on. The Audioengine team made replacing them with flawless units effortless.

My experience with Audioengine was overall positive, but I did have to wait a while for a response on two occasions. I would definitely consider purchasing from Audioengine again.
Love the speakers. I have bought additional pairs for friends. These speakers give you much for the price point. The clarity and sheer sonic beauty is great for listening and small audio production projects. I also have the HD 6 which I use for movie night. I'm not an engineer or a tech, but I swear these are some of the best speakers I've heard in the price range. I'm a buyer for life These are MY speakers!
The support person answered every quesation I had and was very knowledgable about the product and the issue I was having. I am well pleased with the support I received.
Fantastic support for 15 year old A5s. Detailed instructions to help me troubleshoot static and noise, in a direct email exchange with an Audioengine support engineer. Even provided me with schematics for the boards. Didn’t save them, but did make sure I’ll look at Audioengine again next time I need new speakers.
The brand clearly has passionate folks designing their products. Age 74, retired from a 36 year career in consumer electronics, audiophile geek here!
We bought the new yellow colorway A2’s, S6 and matching speaker stands. All that I can say is that we are thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Audioengine products.
Everything works great so far, I like the quality of the system. Installation was easy, just follow instructions.

I’ve been very satisfied with the Audioengine HD5 Wireless, which I use with a turntable, CD player, and phone. One of its standout features is the ability to maintain a true analog signal path for vinyl playback, while still offering modern conveniences such as remote control and Wi-Fi connectivity. It’s uncommon to find an active bookshelf speaker that combines all three in a single, well-executed design. In terms of sound, the HD5 delivers a highly engaging and room-filling presentation without requiring a tightly defined sweet spot. Even when listening from an adjacent room, the imaging and tonal balance create a convincing sense of presence—as if a vocalist were performing nearby. Overall, the combination of analog integrity, practical features, and easy, immersive listening has led me to spend significantly more time enjoying music.
Subwoofer motherboard fried. They sent me a replacement that I was able to install myself with no questions asked aside from the serial number on my device. I couldn’t be happier with their level of customer service.
Called for the replacement of the amplifier of an old model, the support team was very helpful to find a solution, the replacement was easy with the unit sent and the clear instructions (I also gained a bluetooth support that I had not on my Audioengine A2 before).

I love my Audioengine speakers. I did have a problem with the first pair. The power plug going in to the speakers was getting really hot. Not just warm but really hot. I called customer service and talked with Steve in customer service. He determined that my speakers needed to be returned for service. He sent me a new pair of speakers and so far they have been working just fine. I can recommend the speakers and the service was great. A Texas product as well.

I am a long time very loyal customer of yours, at beginning starting with A5, then A2+, Sub S6 and Dac D1P. I contacted the Customer support team for several questions, and I received a top assistance, much more than expected. Immediate feedback along with any possible suggestion and/or viable solutions. . To me 2 features make the real difference between Excellent Companies and Average ones: the quality of the products and the excellence of the Customer Support, and you sports both ! Undoubtedly aTop Notch organization, which you all are. As we say in Italy: BRAVISSIMI !!
My 10 roughly 10 yr old speaker started having bluetooth issues. The support person could not have been nicer nor more helpful. I bought a replacement with the discount code he gave me. Very pleased. (Oh, and the new speaker sounds great. )
