Great and fun product.

It sounds better than my CD,s. Now I can get rid of my CD player and all the bulky CD,s. Now I have a world of music anytime. This is great

I've been using the S8 sub since 2013. The 8" bottom firing sub gave me nice base, more than enough for my needs, 13 years later, in 2026 I added another S8 sub for a twin sub setup. I'm very pleased with the results. Bass is more wholesome, not boomy, one would need to adjust the volume and crossover to achieve this. Bass imho, is meant to enrich music and not overwhelm it. Thanks audioengine, decent bass at a reasonable price is what I was looking for.

My Right Channel Speaker went dead they sent me a new amp and solved the issue!

These are obviously nice speakers and sound great. I have the HD4 speakers with the S6 sub. The only two complaints that I have are: 1) the white color is a slightly different shade between the speakers and the sub, and they are a different texture, speakers are glossy and sub is matte, I wish the color and texture was standardized across the product lines. 2) the hd4 speakers at very low volume the right speaker cuts out completely, but from reading online this is apparently common with the type of amp. Shipping was fast and it was easy to order on the website and track the order.

Speakers sound much better,

I started having issues with my A5+ Powered speakers. I originally purchased them from Audio Engine in 2012. They are amazing speakers for my home office along with an S8 sub. The A5+ started sounding strange and then finally they just hummed. I called Audio Engine and he was able to verify that my amp in the left speaker was goin out. They were able to match what I had and send me a replacement amp. It was a very easy swap out of the old to the new amp. Took a few minutes. The price was very reasonable and I am happy with these speaker still,. ,,,,even after 14 years! Great bunch of folks and an excellent product!

These people are great as a company. They are pro veteran ,which is nice. . They are helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment, well I bought the HD 6’s. Listen! And I did. Solid and internally braced cabinetry, esthetically pleasing. Hardware, connections ,speakers all of the utmost quality. Sound is akin to the best acoustic suspension speakers from my youth. They are not sealed ,the bass is ported out the back ,but I think the built in A/B amp brings the warmth. I am not well versed I the technical aspects of this modern speakers. All I can do is let my ears inform me as to the beauty of the sound reproduction. If you are not an audiophile, but you have ears then take listen and decide for yourself. I will say the little remote seems like a bit of an afterthought ,but still the speakers are solid well built cabinetry w/quality sound profile

The left channel went out on my HD6 system that I've had for 15 years. Steve helped me troubleshoot the problem and had a new amplifier headed my way the very next day. The price of the replacement was very fair and I'm pleased to be back up and running again.

Received the unit as new hooked up to my tube system w separate tube D/A converter streaming via Spotify Hi-Res it sounds incredible almost like Vinyl I was introduced to Audioengine long time ago at the CES show that’s how I found out about the products n I was impressed with the sound quality n price keep up the good work! I had a problem with setting up Bluetooth for my speakers. Steve emailed back and help me with the issue. Great speakers and support!
