You probably don’t hear that, a lot , in Texas. I had some Advents ,when I was 16. They worked and they weren’t fussy. These HD 6”s Work! They aren’t fussy. Beautiful cabinet. Years ago, I’d removed the stand from my amp so it would fit in an old desk config - when I got a new computer I re-arranged things and couldn’t find the stand for the amp, so I wrote support asking if there was a way for me to just by that part. The rep only asked me to pay shipping, and my amp is now happily sitting on its stand again. I really appreciate companies that have great customer support, and empower their representatives to make those decisions. I’ve bought quite a few products from Audioengine over the years, and it’s experiences like this one that will keep me coming back.

I am happy with my speakers. They have a nice crisp clean sound. I just wish they had more bottom. I wish they had a subwoofer out that I could connect to like. I have some other speakers that have a subwoofer out connection. I wish y’all had that subwoofer out connection. It would really solve the base problem. Other than that, I love them and the color is beautiful the yellow.

I've never been disappointed with AudioEngine. It's always worth more than what you paid and the product and service are top notch.

Just hooked up my S8 subwoofer to my HD5+ speakers. The sound from the HD5+ were already outstanding, but adding the S8 took it over the top. It adds way more bass than you could ever need, and it is easily adjustable to your liking. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough, if more stars could be added, I would. I am so impressed with Audioengine and this system I have.

The AE5+ speakers are very musical. Excellent PC speakers for serious music listening. Very happy with them.

I've had the Audioengine 2+ speakers for years and have loved them. I finally sprung for the HD6 with an S6, and I'm over the moon. They have such presence and clarity, it reminds me of some studio monitors I had back in the day. I got the mahogany finish, and I'm so pleased with it. IMO, you can't go wrong with Audioengine. And they paid the sales tax, which was over $ 100! I moved the 2+'s to the living room TV, and now I'm set. Very happy customer here.

Tech support answered all technical questions. I pointed out an omission on the Audioengine website and it was fixed within a day. So I upgraded from HD3 to HD4 and bought an S6.
