Great service, waited a few weeks for it as it was out of stock. Great no hassle postage arrived a couple of days late as there were delays at the port but no an issue. Great company to deal with.

Ordered on 23rd Sept 25 and was due for delivery around 15th October. There was a slight delay and it arrived about a week late. I received regular updates regarding delivery and, all things considered, I regard the service level as excellent. The quality of the guitar is outstanding for the money, far surpassing my expectations.

I waited for the shipment to come into The UK for s little while, but this was expected as it was a pre-order purchase. It was shipped on the day stated and revieved very soon after.
