This item is absolutely brilliant! I took a chance on this product and I wasn't disappointed. It is a good priced quality product which arrived well on time. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Quick shipment. Good price. Thanks.

Top marks, Thankyou

Travelled a single time with it, labelled as fragile, and one of the hinges still managed to break. Although wrapped, the guitar still got slightly damaged. Nothing major, but I would definitely rather get a better but more expensive option, even if it's for the purpose of a single trip.

No problems, fast delivery.

Very fast delivery and such good quality.

Good price, quick delivery, well packaged. Top marks.

Great customer service, fast delivery

Absolutely great for the price. A really snug fit for my SG standard. I would definitely recommend one.

Company and order system good

Brilliant guitar, great feeling neck and fretboard. First guitar I have ever bought where all the frets are perfectly level

In terms of value for money I’d say this case is pretty much unbeatable. Obviously, being a generic design, it doesn’t hold the bass quite as snugly as a dedicated case, but it does the job more than adequately.

Arrived earlier than expected.

Good reliable service. Great Quality at excellent prices.

Good quality product and good value

Really quick delivery . . . top class piece of kit perfectly fits my Fretless P. Bass . . . Great quality for the price . . . I highly recommend this case . . . also bought a Les Paul case too same comments apply . . . Thanks Artist Guitars

Great guitar

Great service , fast communication and very helpful! Fantastic guitar for an unbeatable price !

Artist AT53, unbelievable guitar. Every bit as good as people say they are. Honestly, the spec is as good as a guitar ten or fifteen times the price. I tweaked the truss rod, polished the frets, changed the strings, lowered the action slightly and used a bit of 5000 grit wet and dry to make the neck silky smooth. Probably an hour of work and stuff that anyone could do. I now have an absolute worldy of a guitar.

I had to wait for the shipment to arrive in the UK, but Artist kept me informed all the way through, and a representative from the company even called me from Sydney (OZ) in the UK after I queried something with them. Great customer service from a real person :-) I highly recommend Artist guitars if your pondering buying a quality guitar as a learner or experienced player. You wont be disappointed !
