We like it, but we kind of wish there was a little bit more room between the seat and the saddle bar that goes down so the feet could go through it easier.

Bought my Ariel in 2023 52v Step-Thru for a 6' 4" dude and have loved it ever since. The bike left others in the dust for my svelt 270lb frame over the Rocky Mountains pass at Logan Pass in Glacier NP for just a small sample of how bad ass this bike is for big boys. Just do it man! You'll spend the money once, but be happy for EVER! Woot!!!! PS, my wife bought the same one and Ariel customer service totally took care of her on a short timeframe to ship a bike for our cross country road trip. Great product and GREAT PEOPLE taking care of customers at Ariel! Love you guys fo' shizzle!

I was hesitant to spend the money on the rack but decided to pull the trigger on it anyway. While purchasing I discovered that I had a bunch of purchase points from buying my Kepler. 500 of these points knocked 50 bucks off of the basket. This obviously made me very happy.

So far so good, son loves his bike. Ride daily battery does not last as long as expected and charging takes a fair amount of time. Charging each night help make-sure you don’t spend all day charging and enjoy more riding.

I recently inherited a non- operating gen1 Grizzly from a friend. It had some issues. Steve was top shelf helping me trouble shoot the bike and giving me step by step instructions with photos and videos via email. He is very knowledgeable and helped me get my bike up and running in record time.

It came on time with no issues. Easy to pur together and a blast to ride!

So far, in my opinion, the overall brand ( product + support ) are seriously top of the line.

Very good E-Bike company. My bike was shipped fairly quickly along with the accessories. Accessories can be hard to get but they do restocks every so often. My X-Class E-Bike is holding up well and I am impress with the build quality, power and range the bike has to offer.

Bag came with one side of one handle not sewn on. I emailed them and they sent me a label to ship back and they sent another one right away! Great service after the sale!
