Took awhile for the basket to become available again.

I'm very pleased with the company and parts. However, I had ordered the parts and they wouldn't send them until I showed proof or where and when I bought the bike. It took me a minute to find the receipt and I ended up waiting because I couldn't find it. I remembered the shop/guy who I purchased it from and relayed it to the company. Strange policy but I guess they don't want returns for something someone bought incorrectly.

Had a front tire go flat, thankfully I wasn’t going fast. Get some tire repair and inflation onboard or your going to be walking.

I bought a bunch of accessories on sale, mostly a backup battery. Everything ships fast and in perfect

Ariel Rider is the best

Kepler is the absolutely best company out there and has the best service the best price the best product and they are really good good people to work with always honest always true. You get what you pay for at a cheap price. I will never if at all possible on a different bike.
