We bought the performance x class as a birthday gift for my grandson. He absolutely loves it! As my SIL said,” y’all remember in the Three Musketeers when D’Artangan took the horse and rode it non stop for three days to beat the messenger back to Paris? When he got on the horse he said, “ I’m afraid you’re going to regret we ever met!” “ By day 3 my grandson had over 200 miles on his new e-bike and it had been in the mid to upper 90’s with 100% humidity everyday! We’re thrilled he loves it! It’s a great e-bike and we’re extremely happy with our purchase!

Took awhile for the basket to become available again.

I'm very pleased with the company and parts. However, I had ordered the parts and they wouldn't send them until I showed proof or where and when I bought the bike. It took me a minute to find the receipt and I ended up waiting because I couldn't find it. I remembered the shop/guy who I purchased it from and relayed it to the company. Strange policy but I guess they don't want returns for something someone bought incorrectly.

Had a front tire go flat, thankfully I wasn’t going fast. Get some tire repair and inflation onboard or your going to be walking.
