Everyone I dealt with were very helpful and responsive. I feel very fortunate that they are "in my backyard" (60 miles). Looking forward to a long friendship with them.

I'm very happy with my package this is a very well made e-bike/motor bike you get what you pay for it's definitely top of the line.

Customer service is great. I had one of the representatives call me and gave me a pretty good deal on 2 bikes. The delivery was great. they call to set up a time exactly when they was coming.

IVE HAD VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT/SERVICE WITH OTHER COMPANIES. THIS EXPERICE THROUGHT THE WHOLE PROCESS HAS BEEN VERY SMOOTH. I HAD TO MOVE PLACES DURING THE WAIT TO RECIEVE THE BIKE AND ARIEL WAS REALLY HELPFUL IN ACCOMIDATING THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS ON SHORT NOTICE. I ALSO HAVE A FEW MILES ON THE X-CLASS AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WOW. FIT AND FINISH EASE OF ASSEMBLY IS AMAZING SO FAR. LOVE IT.

The only thing I have to add is that the customer service is also outstanding. Great company, great product.

They've helped me every step of the way anything I've needed as far as help with the bike I've ordered and sent me a free saddle bag

The customer service at Ariel has gotten incredibly better over the past few years. I was a little nervous a few years back with response time, but they have taken their dedication to customer service to a whole new level. They are very responsive and shipping products in 24 hours. They really stand by their product and are there for the customer support.

My boyfriend loves his Ariel Rider almost more than he loves me lol. We bought a new battery to replace his original one that has over 14,000 miles on it. You heard that right; he has ridden it over 14,000 miles in the 3 years he has had it. The process of ordering (especially with it being on sale for $300 off the original price,) shipping and receiving were seamless and we will definitely be sticking with AR in the future!
