Winterize Hot Tub

You e been out two times and still have not fixed my hot tub. No phone call nor text no show!! No nothing! Very disappointed with the company and the hot tub

One Call fixed my concern over PH not dropping well. My call with Gary left me confident that the problem will resolve soon.

Wonderful experience

I ordered a new heater for my artic spa hot tub. The old heater had a plug end and when I received the new one it had three wires. I wasn't sure how to hook it up so I asked the experts at the Artic Spa store and within minutes they asked me to call him. He explained what I had to do in a few minutes, it was simple. I was very happy with the quick response. I did ask them if they would be willing to post a video of it, i'm not sure if they did that but he gave me his direct line and said I could call him anytime for questions. I order all my supplies from the Artic Store, it's a great place to do business.

Problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired.

Trevor knew just what to do to repair the leak on the spa. Very helpful and effective.

drained hot tub, cleaned, replace water, filters. I was unsure how to replace small filter white cloth attachment to the plastic cylinder....appreciate the good support...

Had a hose break. Service man was out in a couple days and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you.

We bought our hot tub about a month ago. The sales people were great, the delivery guys were great. The reason we can't give them 5 stars is due to the issues we had with the hot tub. From the start the lights didn't work, then the first time we tried to use it one of the pumps wasn't working. But to. Artics credit they were on top of fixing things. Their service guy came out first thing Monday morning and fixed the pump, he also happened to have the part needed to fix our lights and he took care of that as well. So far the hot tub has been fantastic, let's just hope the hot tub doesn't habe any more issues

We just purchased an Arctic Spas All Weather Pool and love it. We can use it as a swim pool or a hot tub and the kids have enough room to play around in. We selected and bought an Arctic Spas pool because they were designed and manufactured (in Canada) to be used in four-season climates so we will be able to use our pool year round even during the cold and snowy winters. Arctic Spas Utah delivers on their promises. Even though we live in a rural area far from Salt Lake they made everything go smoothly in the process of ordering, delivery, setup and answering all our questions. You can tell that Arctic Spas Utah works hard to provide good customer service. My brother is planning to buy a hot tub soon and now he will be getting one from Arctic Spas Utah.

Once I had a chance to speak with someone in service my service was resolved nicely. But it took quite a while to actually speak with someone. I left 3 messages and never had a call back.

I had a couple of questions and received prompt answers.

Once again, the service department could not be reached by phone. I was able to internet chat with the customer service about the problem with my spa and an assurance the service manager would get back with me the next day. A week has gone by and no call. This has consistently been my experience with this department over the years.
