From start to finish, purchasing our spa from Nathan, along with everyone else was a breeze. Set up day was great, in and out in no time. Anytime we’ve had any questions, they have been very responsive and have a solution. Maintenance is super easy, especially with the salt water system. Can’t keep us out of our spa.

Our Artic Hot Tub was installed in July, 2022. A very smooth installation and instruction on the tub operation. I had a few questions after the initial use and their support line was very responsive. They also provided additional documentation specific to my model. Nathan gave us the features of our model and tub is everything that we expected. He followed up with us on any schedule questions and the final installation. Glad we picked the Artic Spa Hot Tub which has become our daily relaxation routine. Thanks again Nathan.

My hot tub cover stitching came apart at the fold and I reached out, sent pics and Gary said he'd try his best to get warranty to cover... Needless to say I was waiting to hear back and went out to take a soak, to see a brand new cover on my hot tub... What a surprise! Made my whole day. I love when companies stand by their product and fix things when they don't quite work out! So pleasantly pleased!!!!

Although getting the service department to answer the phone has proven difficult, once I do, Gary and his team take great care to make sure we’re well taken care off. The filter autoshipment is a great thing too.

We bought our coyote spa from arctic spas about 9 months ago. Ever since then we have had to replace 6 speakers. They warranty them but takes about a month to get them in and replace them. They are not getting to the root of the problem. And now they are telling us to just get outside speakers. Why did we pay extra for speakers when they tell us to just have portable speakers? This is terrible service and product.

Circuit breaker was tripping and couldn't keep the water hot during freezing weather - the prompt service to keep the lines from freezing and clear description of the root cause was outstanding. Thank you!

We've purchased 3 Arctic Spas over the years and love them even if from time to time they have an issue. Love the tech and service.
