Everyone at Arctic Spas has been great to deal with. Gary in service has always been very helpful, quick to respond when a service tech needs to be sent out and always willing to help with any questions I have. Great Job!!

I love my arctic spa! The service is amazing and I highly recommend them!

A huge wind storm lifted the cover off of my spa breaking the lifter arms. This was a result of me not securing the cover with supplied cover claps. I immediately phoned the service department and in less than a week I had replacement arms for my cover. They were very helpful and friendly.

Arctic Spas Utah has always been so helpful with my questions, even though I live on the other side of the country and didn't buy my tub from them! Because of their excellent customer service, I buy my supplies through their website, which is fairly priced as well! I can't say enough good things about them!

Called on Friday and reported that my spa wouldn’t get to full temp. They said they would send someone on Monday. When I got home after work that night the repairs had been completed but I had no knowledge that this was the case because my spa temp. was still at 80 deg. where I last set it. I decided to set the temp. to max to test it and it quickly proved to be fixed! I’m very pleased with the efficiency of the repairs but wish I would have received a voice message or text stating that the work had been completed. I initially called that evening and left a voice message to complain because I was under the impression that the work had not been done but then called back when I found that it had.

Technicians are always polite and friendly. Quick diagnosis and repair. Tub is back in tip top shape. Thanks Arctic

Tyler came right on time - tended to our issue and explained how to avoid it in the future- high wind tunnel came through and broke cover bar. Arctic was so accommodating when explaining what happened and helped us find the best solution for future winds. Thanks so much!

This is the first time I've ordered online. I usually call but they were busy that day of course. Either way, I'm happy to be able to have products mailed to me since we're too far away to stop by. Everyone has always been courteous and helpful and my filters and chemicals arrived in a timely manner.

I have tried to email AND CALL you several times. no ability to get a hold of you. We love our Spa and are VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out that you do not check up on your service. 1-3 months ago. Had several repairs on our swim spa. It would work. Then after 2-4 weeks it just stopped heating, again. It has been so frustrating... all summer and fall we had several repairs and they never lasted. The technician kept changing the breakers and battery inside the machine that turned on the heat. It would eventually would dull and not work. It has been over a month and I'm SO frustrated. I feel that you did not fix the machine, YOU JUST BANDAIDED IT.that you sold us faulty equipment that does not work. Now I know why I see negative ratings on your site. PLEASE COME AND FIX IT. I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THIS SWIM SPA ONLY TRULY GAVE GOOD FUNCTION THE FIRST 9 MONTHS. AFTER THAT IT HAS BEEN HIT AND MISS. AND VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! I had to get a new mother board and a pump which is so frustrating after having just put a new one in 5 yrs ago. If it had not been November with water in the tub I would have just left it. When I used it, there was one pump that seemed to be not working. The jets would not work on the one side. I came to the shop to report it and someone was going to go back out and look at it but that was almost 2 weeks ago. The technician was kind and knowledgeable. I would like a trouble-free winter

Maeci was quick to respond and was very helpful and courteous. Due to a delay in shipping on part of my order (backorder), she was able to give me up to date info and reroute the Christmas present so it would arrive on time. Great service, especially on something that was out if their control!

Arctic spa store handled my return quickly and I was refunded within a few days. I had to send supplies back because my 12 year old tub was deemed to expensive to repair. So, I won’t be a return customer for a while but as soon as I get a new tub I will be back and I will be recommending the store to friends and neighbors.

We have only had our Arctic Spa for a few weeks, but so far we are enjoying it. It has functioned well and the one service call we had to make was answered promptly and was helpful.
