The #1 pump went out in our hot tub- Gary was very helpful in getting a service call expedited and Tyler did a great job in replacing the pump.

Tech fixed the issue and hot tub has been working great! however I had my boyfriend who happens to be an electrician be there incase they needed access to anything. He had to deal with some verbal abuse from the tech. Apparently it was a fuse in my hot tub and the tech felt the need to throw several insults saying my electrician boyfriend wasn’t smart enough to work on hot tubs and figure it out. I didn’t even ask my boyfriend to look at it, I paid for the hot tub and the warranty to go with it, No need for the arrogance and insults, just do your job.

The technician was great, but the technology is apparently pretty flakey

I have called multiple times and even left messages and still no one has contacted me, or resolved this issue. No one ever answers and I have to call and call and call. I'm still trying to get some help.

Shortly after contact our problem was quickly diagnosed by an efficient technician and we were back in service. Nice guy.

The technician diagnosed and replaced heater quickly.

I had questions about the new type of heater that was used. It had different wiring and I wasn't sure how to hook it up. When I called he told me exactly what to do and it was simple. I so much appreciate the service that was provided. A fantastic company!!
