Prompt and sucinct

I am satisfied with the prompt response. But I am not happy that I contacted customer service and I was told that I would be sent new orthotics by a specific date. They never showed up. I contacted customer service again and was told again that it would take 14 more days for the new orthotics to come. I am hesitant to believe that the new orthotics are really on the way.

Customer Service was great. The length of time to get my orthotics was way too long.

Customer service always responds quickly but shipping and delivery of your product is ridiculous. I already had 2 pairs that I ordered from you and loved them so I ordered 2 more pairs. Since you already had my footprints for sizing I never expected it would take 5 weeks to arrive. Received a shipping tracking number but still haven't received my inserts. Hope they arrive this week.

Just very unhappy with the product waiting for a full refund and pending on the out come see need any more medical issues
