Thank God for Upstep. I got my life back because of these inserts. Used to not be able to stand or walk for more than 20 minutes on my feet before intense foot pain would ensue. I gained 30lbs from cancer therapy and that exacerbated the foot pain. But once I got these inserts, I was able to be on my feet longer and get more cardio in. Now I’m back to my normal weight and I owe it all to these inserts that got me on my feet again. Woo!

So I was skeptical, about getting these custom fitted orthotics. But I am so glad I did. After they send me the mold to step in, it took about a month to receive my orthotics. Instantly felt the relief. It amazed me how uncomfortable my shoes really were. Now, I’ll be placing orders for all my shoes. I’d recommend this, if you are on your feet all day, you work standing u. p. No matter the shoe, my ankles seemed to get sore, my Achilles especially, now after 3 days of wearing them all day. After receiving my custom orthotics, I noted immediate relief. Although it was not total relief, I was amazed at the marked improvement. After about a month of use, I continue to receive further improvement. Obtaining the orthotics was affordable, easy to submit my mold, and received in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Upstep before going to any other source of orthotics.

I am so grateful for Upstep commitment to comfort! I gave them specific feedback on my orthotics and they kept adjusting mine until they were perfect. No hassle replacements until I felt like I was walking on clouds. After the third try. It is such a relief to be able to hike 5+ miles and not have tender feet afterward.

The Upstep team addressed to issues and sent another pair, which fit fine, quickly. Once the reworked pair were approved, the second set were made and shipped, and they are proving their value. I was surprised how easy the website was. Quick and very informative. I got regular updates and plenty of information from UPSTEP experts. Shipping was structured very well. I got my inserts very quick, about 10 days. The inserts fit great, just going thru a break in period. Basically 2 hours a day until my feet get used to them. I did check with the ""other"" competitor first before trying UPSTEP, but they were price prohibitive for a retiree. My purchase was well worth it!

So far I have done 2 long runs with these insoles and no sign of plantar fasciitis. They have support on the right spots. Great balance of sturdiness and cushion. A well done job!

In just one day, the swelling in my ankle went down. My limp has significantly improved in just one day. I'm overwhelmed with the thought that my pain just might subside completely in a few weeks. I thought this would be a good idea, but after wearing my orthotics for 60 minutes, I can barely walk because my big toe is so hurt. I’m not sure what they did, but this has been way painful I am returning for a full refund.

My son says the orthotics are suppportive, but the running orthotics are so thick that they almost can't be used in a running shoe - feels like his heel will almost slip out now while running. The non- running orthotics are better, but we really ordered them for the running orthotics. .

Upstep's team is very efficient and they keep you informed through the whole process.

I purchased a pair and loved them so much I ordered a second pair. Ordering was simple. Customer service was great as well. They are well made. I am a runner and a teacher.

Absolutely amazing! I have fallen arches and these have taken my foot pain away! I playgolf, walk on a treadmill and have no problems with pain or discomfort. I do plan on buying again when these wearout.
