Might be a scam

I've been emailing and calling nobody is responding I want a refund take these garbage insoles back!

they are very helpful and understanding. When I asked for help they were very quick to respond with an excellent idea.

Left arch is way to high. Sitting in closet. Waste of our money.

I ordered my orthotics on line. It was quick and easy. I had old orthodics and sent pictures. They made adjustments to the new ones to fit me. The new ones fit perfectly when I received them. Great job. I will use Ustep again.

My custom orthotics so far are not helping much unfortunately. I continue to have bilateral central heel pain. I'm going to wait another week at least for it to be considered 3 weeks of wearing them prior to deciding what I want to do next as far as refund or modification. Thanks

At this date, I am very frustrated and disappointed with UpStep. I started my order on 2/24/25. Took until 4/13/25 to get them. They were wrong. Even though I sent multiple photos and a document with all the details. Requested a new set. Received on 6/11/25. WRONG. Even though sent photos and complete details. I feel the replies to my email or AI or canned based. I do not feel my concerns are Genuinely read/listened to and replied back based on my needs.

These insoles seem really sturdy and great but my feet are so wide and my instep is so high that they make my shoes unwearable. Too tight!

It’s taking a bit to get used to them, but so far, I love them!

I have been dealing with planters fasciitis for over six months. I literally put these in and within the first day I could feel the difference and now I’m on the second day only and literally have no pain hardly at all. I feel a little bit of burning in between my arch, but I’m assuming that’s for me to get adjusted to my inserts. But I can walk.

Thank you for remaking my insole this pair feels much better, will give an update once I’m able to wear them a full day.

For nearly 3 years, I have been using Upstep orthotics in ALL my shoes, and no longer have foot pain. I had worn orthotics for decades, but over time, my right foot began developing arch and heel pain again despite the podiatrist-made pairs I had been using. As it became more severe, I decided to embark on a daily and nightly stretching program and even bought a useless boot to stretch my plantar fascia during the night; I trialed orthotics from either the local pharmacy or on-line to avoid the significant costs and waiting to see a podiatrist. None of my attempts worked, so I went to the doctor (which took over a month to get in) who injected a steroid, taped my foot, and prescribed NSAIDs, all of which were useless. He also prescribed for me to see an orthotics maker which took two months to get into as my insurance slowed down the process of approval. And once I got in, it took another six weeks to get the orthotics delivered to their office. Unfortunately, I found the soles to be very hard and uncomfortable, and my heel felt worse with it. I was getting desperate until I happened upon an Instagram ad for Upstep, where I noticed they used the same measuring technology (soft mold technique that measures your exact foot contour) of the sanctioned place that my insurance had approved. However, I found that Upstep was more thorough in questioning me online about my prior foot history, allowing me to send prior pictures of the shoes I’d be wearing them in, asking which activities I would need them for, and even allowing me to call them and speak with their very helpful staff. I ordered pairs for dress shoes and running shoes, and I began wearing them once received. Following their advice to get used to them gradually over a few weeks time, I began my remarkable turnaround to no longer feeling pain. These insoles have changed the game for me. Having high arches I put a lot of pressure on my heels but now the balance is just right. Thanks again !
