Good service

It has been well over a week of constant listening to my new, “budget” DAC and I must say, I am thoroughly miffed. Don’t get me wrong. This DAC is great and I am so pleased with my purchase. But I am miffed that this $89 “budget” DAC sits on my 9 foot long desk, blends in seamlessly with my Mac desktop and aluminum finished storage devices but still manages to outshine my Conrad Johnson preamp and NAD power amp that are driving my Sonus Faber Sonetti. Again, this DAC that makes my high end equipment sound better than it’s ever sounded, is a mere $89. Thank you Topping for reinventing the hifi industry and thank you APOS for a great customer service experience and for offering great products at great prices. I regret that I did not buy this DAC far earlier.

Great upgrade compared to the stock JJ 6sn7 tubes in my Freya +. The difference in listening to my 1983 Heresey speakers was exactly what I wanted to hear. More holographic, better sound stage and detail.

Great products. Tracking was accurate. Takes longer since it comes from a small company not a mega corporation. So the wait time isn't an issue given all the money goes to apos. Will order products from here again.

Great customer service in expediting a return for a product that was not satisfactory-actually defective. This is my fourth SMSL purchase from Apos. The first three had no issues, just efficient delivery as expected. The last one had an issue but as I’ve said, they made it right immediately.
