Easy to work with

I shop often from them and cannot recommend them more

Service was excellent, package arrive on time and without any issues.

My experiences have only been positive and I appreciate the direct to customer service shipping products efficiently overseas. Most of the gear I buy comes from Chi-Fi suppliers like Fiio and I will highly recommend on account of the outstanding quality and value. I'm looking to purchase the new Fiio M25 R2R once available and I plan to purchase that from Apos again.

very helpful elderly non-tech person adjustment experience

It has never been bad.

Great experience. Good value, prompt shipping

I don't know what to say. I order item and my package got delivery and didn't damage. The item was selected was shipped right one. No complaints. Thank you very much.

I received my Merlin DAC recently and it's a game changer! Amazing sound for such a small but highly innovative bit of kit. Great service and timeline too. A phenomenal product for such a great price. Highly recommended!

Arrived in good time, perfectly packed & a product that lives up to expectations.

I am using this with my PC and Generic Insignia Home Theater Speakers from Best Buy. I have no sound complains. All frequencies sound pretty clear. I am more an audio enthusiast than an audio file so I will say the only thing I don't like is it shows up as Headphones in the Windows Sound settings which could confuse some games auto detection for which soundscape to use by default. I realize most people will be using this with headphones though so. Other than that it is really good.

Great product choices and descriptions. Item tracking for shipments works well. Responsive customer service

I have to start with the packaging because it was genuinely cool and different. Even the old-English style wording and presentation made opening the Gremlin feel like part of the product. The Gremlin itself feels extremely solid and is surprisingly heavy for such a small amplifier. It feels like a proper piece of equipment. One small thing confused me at first. I got no sound from my 4.4 mm cable even though I thought I had pushed it all the way in. It turns out it needs one final little push until you feel it click into place. Once I figured that out there was absolutely no problem, but perhaps the connection could give a slightly clearer indication that the plug is fully inserted. I am using it with a pair of HIFIMAN Ananda Nano, currently with a Fosi ZD3 using MUSES02 op-amps as the DAC. What surprised me most is how fast and clear the combination sounds. There is definitely tube character, but it doesn’t become overly warm or slow. You still get the clarity and speed of the Nano, together with that unmistakable tube quality. For me, that balance works extremely well. I’m now seriously curious about pairing the Gremlin with the Apos Druid R2R DAC, so there is a very good chance that will be my next purchase. Finally, the customer service from Apos has been exceptional. If I could give that part 10 stars out of 5, I would. :-) Very happy with the Gremlin.

Been using Apos for years. Excellent as always!

Love Apos selection and pricing.

Fast service and best prices. I recommend purchasing all FiiO equipment directly from Apos. That way you know you are not buying from a grey market dealer. Warranties and product specs are clearly spelled out and available online. FiiO makes some of the very best audio equipment I highly endorse FiiO products and purchasing from Apos in particular.

An excellent seller with a great product selection; I haven't needed to use their after-sales service yet, but my expectations are very positive.

All good, thanks!

I dealt twice with the customer support. I both cases, it was very fast, efficient and understanding.

It was time to replace the 12AU7 tubes in my Rogue Audio Sphinx, and I went with Ray Select. Tubes arrived in good shape, smoothed out the sound quite a bit, very pleased with service and product.
