I ordered the headphones cable from the shop. Communication from shop was good. Packaging was good as well. I was surprised that package came from China when the shop is located in USA. The delivery time to Czech Republic was roughly three weeks. Cable is well built and further improved listening experience with Ananda nano headphones.

My experience with Apos was excellent even if the product I ordered did not ultimately meet my needs. The Hifiman was in excellent open box condition and appeared "As New". The problem was that the phones did not work as Bluetooth with Apple iphones. They did, however, work with the included 3. 5 cable and are an excellent headphone. The price was also excellent, the best I have seen on the market. Even though I was disappointed with the Hifiman product, I would definitely use Apos again. Their Customer Service was very helpful and the Agent went out of his way to help me.

FiiO K17 out of the box sounded great. On par with my Topping DX9. I have a desktop setup with Neumann KH120A powered monitors, and using straight Qobuz via iMac. (No Roon yet. ) After about 400 hours of burn in, the K17 improved moderately in all aspects. It has a wonderfully dynamic and hefty bottom end (analog-like), tight/crisp/precise top end (DSD-like), and a solid midrange that may be slightly recessed. Very happy using my Sennheiser HD600s. K17 has a boatload of features and tweaks and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are easy to figure out and use — unlike my DX9. My next test will be my DSD collection via Roon. It’s shocking how good some of my DSD files are; will K17 stand in the way or reveal even more? Stay tuned. APOS and FiiO shipping/handling went fine. The only downside is — what if K17 breaks?

I didn’t know what to expect but I really like it!

It took some time to prepare the shipment. Then the delivery from another continent was like it was delivered inside the same country.

But the shipping was way slow. It was cleared stated as "in stock" but it took two weeks to get a tracking number, and another week for delivery.

Good price for the player and shipping was reasonable considering it was shipped from overseas

I am almost completely happy with the PL200t. It looks great, and combined with the D200 DAC, the sound is incredible. I give it four stars and the review title of “Almost” because the unit fails to read almost a quarter of my disks. Disks that are clean and undamaged and can be read by EVERY other cd and dvd player I own. It’s quite frustrating to have to put away a disk, unlistened to, that I was looking forward to hearing for the first time again.

Love the DM15. Lots of functionality and well made product. Apos customer service is attentive and responsive. I’d definitely buy from them again.
