This was my first purchase from Apos. The original unit I received had a defective display panel. The Apos folks were very helpful with the return process (providing a return label) and although it delayed my pleasure in using the unit, processed the return quickly. The new unit arrived and is now getting a healthy workout in my system. Cheers to the Apos folks for making the purchase and return process painless. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to buying from them again some time soon.

Fast Shipping, Items As Described, Great Communication 👍

Shipping was problematic, as the item was left in the public hallway outside my locked office over a weekend, necessitating an extra trip to the office to keep it from being stolen. This occurred despite a call with your carrier who dutifully recorded my instructions, and put them on the package label, only to be ignored by the person who dropped the package in the hallway. Support was courteous but unable to resolve installation issues discussed in my review of the item. I am very disappointed with the entire experience and am considering other vendors for future purchases. If you would like to discuss as a kaizen, let me know. I like Apos and appreciate what you are doing, but this was not an experience that makes the customer want to come back for more.

I have a Luxman MQ—38uc-se amp that came with Gold Lion KT-88s. I’ve had this as my reference system for a few years but was never truly satisfied with the sound. One tube started distorting so I ordered a quad of Ray Tubes Reserve KT-88s. What an incredible difference they made. Now I’m 100% blown away by the sound. Much more holographic, detailed yet rich luxurious
