      I’m not crazy about the

      I’m not crazy about the water, condensation, left after any kind of Sous Vide cooking. Having had the 1. 0, maybe that’s why it quit working so quickly, but wish I had known about all the water before purchase. I love the oven, just wish you’d fix that issue!

      Looking forward to using my

      Looking forward to using my new Anova Sous Vide for a roast beef Christmas dinner with family and friends. Did all my research for prep and time to make the perfect roast beef. Gathered my Anova Precision Cooker Pro along with the Anova 16L container, filled to just below the rack, placed the sealed roast beef, set time and temp and hit Start. Unfortunately after 35 minutes the unit beeped and shut down showing a small red LED light and the display went black. Checked water level against the Max fill line, all good. Took the metal skirt off, nothing noted. Went online and some suggested blown fuse, could not see a fuse. Some noted water vapour getting into the display, didn’t see too much near the aft vent. Proceeded with plugging all back in, used the app to setup temp and time start button and it went on for a few seconds and shutdown. Did this 3 more times and nothing. Took the unit out let it cool down and attempted again. This time it started and continued, but heard rotation noises coming from the impeller, darn it. So removed the metal skirt and manually spun the impeller and reassembled. Pushed start and it worked finally one hour had passed and then once in awhile a clicking sound would come from the head display unit for a minute and then go quite, this happened throughout the cooking time, no idea what this was. Bottom line I have no confidence that this Anova Cooker Pro is safe to use or be trusted left alone. Please help. Thank you, Ron Abbing 1-604-603-1179

      I do not have my replacement oven yet. The first one was returned to you. I am waiting for Monence to sent me the shiping and tracking info on the new one.       Warranty Nightmare with the Combi Oven

      We have been loyal Anova customers since the very beginning, purchasing the first sous vide machine Anova released. Over the years, we have purchased multiple sous vide machines as gifts, the vacuum chamber, the combi oven, and every accessory Anova offers. We have always trusted Anova’s quality. Unfortunately, our experience with the Anova Combi Oven has been extremely disappointing. Our original oven failed due to a leaking water tank. The replacement unit then failed when the control panel built into the handle stopped working — a known design flaw that Anova later addressed by removing the handle control entirely in the Combi Oven 2. 0. We acted quickly to complete the return process because we rely on this oven daily and needed it for Christmas. Despite this, we were told the Combi Oven 1. 0 is on unknown backorder with no availability date. We have now been left indefinitely without an oven we paid a significant amount of money for, receiving only repeated “thank you for your patience” responses. We repeatedly asked to upgrade to the Combi Oven 2. 0 and even offered to pay the difference. Each request was denied with no flexibility or solution from management. Innovative products mean very little when a company is unwilling to stand behind them. Leaving long-term customers without a core appliance indefinitely is unacceptable especially at Christmas.

      Poor Service

      Combi oven was damaged in shipment. Customer support provided a return label and stated they would ship a new one once it was received. It’s been over a week since they received it and I have not been able to get an answer from them when a replacement will be shipped.

      Worst customer service experience

      I received my delivery of the Anova oven broken and the experience was Monence a customer service representative is incredibly incapable of handling the return UPS label. It been over 2 weeks of emails communication and still nothing. 🤔😠
