Terrible customer experience. I would actively discourage others from buying. They shipped me a product that didn’t work, told me to deal with it myself, and then after repeated push back from my side they offered 5 francs as “compensation” to fix their mistake. Completely unacceptable.
After almost 2 years our Anova oven developed a fault sent back for warranty replacement, it has been 6 weeks and now Anova tell me it could be up to another 2 months before we get a replacement oven. I have requested a refund which they refuse to give, also i have requested a credit so that i may purchase the new model which they refuse to do. Angel at Anova is unwilling to help i guess she is not permitted to do so. Anova Ref No 1001518 or 10002292, I am not Happy.

It's an amazing appliance for the price. I wish there was a pressure gauge, so I could better know what length of Cycle Time to use on the different processes I select.
This oven has no heat retention, bakes super unevenly. You can only buy it direct from Anova and they only ship about once a week, so time your purchase accordingly
I use 5 Precision Cooker Pros, in modified coolers, to prepare prime rib for up to 200 people. Perfect every time!
Anova CS has been fabulous responding to my concerns via email. They made me feel like I really mattered and were truly concerned with my questions and my satisfaction with my new Anova 2. 0 oven.

We had an oven for just under 2 years loved it BUT it developed a fault sent back for warranty replacement. It has been 5 weeks since I returned the faulty oven and our family is without an oven which was purchased for me by my son as i have a back condition and i did not have to bend to use the Anova oven. I therefore request a refund or a full credit so that I may purchase a new item, as you are not able to give me a time frame as to when the replacement will arrive. I get the same answer every time "I completely understand your frustration regarding the delay in receiving your replacement oven. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused" NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT NO Delivery date on a replacement NOT HAPPY

I’ve been a loyal Anova customer for years and always appreciated their innovative products — until now. My Anova oven suddenly stopped heating, and I submitted a warranty claim in mid-October 2025 (Case #1004487). The support team quickly confirmed that my unit would be replaced, but more than three weeks later, I still have no shipping date, no clear timeline, and no concrete solution. Every follow-up ends with the same message: “We’re waiting for updates from our supplier. ” I understand that stock issues can happen, but keeping a customer waiting indefinitely without an alternative (such as an upgrade, refund, or temporary replacement) is simply not acceptable for a premium brand. I’ve now had to escalate this issue directly to Anova’s CEO, as the standard support process appears to have stalled. I truly hope Anova improves its after-sales service, because the technology is great — but the customer experience, at least in this case, has been very poor. — Max A. H. Hartvigsen Order #MRKT101848
I still don't know how to use the camera to take a photo of the inserted food and have a response of information on cooking it. Would you explain that in detail for me?
I had a problem with the electronics of my Anova Pro. I contacted the company and they made sure that the problem was completely fixed. Happy customer.

I have been satisfied with all of the products that I've ordered from Anova Culinary. I've even given away Precision Pro cookers and vacuum sealers as gifts. My only complaint is Anova's limited selection of accessories. I would like to see a variety of sizes of containers, especially smaller ones, with lids. I also would buy small racks and weights if they were available.
I've been a customer for 7 years, love Anova but just got an APO2 that forsythia maintain Temps.
Have to hold the lid down as the latch failed almost immediately. Unfortunately I didn’t use it right away, so I didn’t figure that out until a couple of months of ownership. I have to press down on the lid while in use and it rarely gets a good seal even then. Bought their top Sous vide cooker and the large insulated container and they were great, so I assumed this would be of similar quality. It’s bad, my old workout food saver worked better.
Just under 2 years ago we purchased an oven which i was very happy with, it developed a fault Anova said it was warranty, i sent the old one back 4 weeks ago so far no replacement no date of expected replacement, i have requested a refund no that is not our policy, i have requested a refund no they will not do that. if i was given a refund i would purchase the new model. NOT HAPPY
