Anova accidentally ships me more items than I ordered. Being the honest customer that I am, I report this to their customer service straight away. What follows is a two-month ordeal before they finally arrange to have the extra items picked up. Two months. For a mistake entirely of their own making. What baffled me most was the sheer incompetence and complete lack of internal coordination. Every time I followed up, it was clear that the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. No proper follow-up, no ownership, no sense of urgency. Just hoping the customer would eventually give up, or better yet, keep the extra stuff and say nothing.
I am so pleased with my anova precision pro vacuum sealer! It’s shockingly quiet and seals despite moisture. I wish I’d ditched my [other brand vacuum sealer] a long time ago.

We nicknamed our first Anova oven the 'I can do anything better than you' oven because it replaced so many of our other appliances! Now this Anova 2. 0 is even better! We absolutely love it. Love all the new features, particularly it's ability to read any recipe and translate it to our Anova. Our dinner guests rave about how moist and delicious our meat is and we brag about this oven to everyone who will listen. 100% thrilled. 100% recommend!
Hi my name Geoff Kent i live in Australia, i purchased an Anova oven on 8Nov2022 it developed a fault and was returned on 7/10/2025 with the promise of a replacement oven would be sent to me 5 months have passed and still no replacement oven has arrived. i have on numerous occasions requested a refund which has been refused by Angel Nicole Alday your so called Customer Success Associate. My request No is 1001518 and many others, your actions not to resolve this warranty matter in a reasonable time frame has breached the Consumer Laws in Australia I would like to draw your attention to ***www.accc.gov***/ I have logged a complaint with the ACCC and also the South Australian Government Department of Consumer affairs. I have exchanged many emails with Angel Nicole Alday to which the usual reply is 'I completely understand your frustration regarding the delay in receiving your replacement oven. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. " i am extremely frustrated by your company's lack of customer support and compassion, i purchased your oven as i am 74 years old and have difficulty bending as i had to do with my existing oven, also you still have the money i paid for the oven and i have only hollow promises from your company.

I recently purchased both a Precision Vacuum Sealer and a Chamber Vacuum Sealer. They are both great and have their uses, but I am getting far more use form the Chamber sealer than I expected to. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and handles liquids with ease. I use the Precision for larger items that don't fit in the Chamber. Very happy!
Hi 4 months have passed and still no response from you regarding my replacement oven, could you kindly make this an urgent priority as we have been without an oven I have paid for and unable to use as you are unable to resolve this I am requesting a reply from your supervisor. What really is annoying to me is that the oven i sent back was still working and you requested me to send it back and you would send me a replacement item knowing that there were none in stock, so send me a new oven NOW or give me a full refund NOW. you and your company have broken many laws under the Australian ACCC legislation by not providing me with a replacement oven or sending me a full refund within a reasonable time frame , you are at risk of being fined. if i do not receive a reply from you stating that a replacement oven has been dispatched or details of a full refund i will insterage a case with the ACCC. I returned my Anova oven in September 2025 under warranty replacement it is now the 27th of February 2026 and still no replacement oven, I have requested a refund and no refund, they now are not responding to my emails. Be aware they do not have an NBN but apparently charge us the consumer GST , I have referred them to the ACCC.

All that I have received is promises,so after 4 months of waiting I have no new oven you have my old oven and my money. Shipping was good but product was not so good, would not recommend

The Anova Precision Chamber Vacuum does an excellent job at sealing liquid items. This is why I purchased this appliance and the description was true to form.
