My Anova 3. 0 immersion cooker (almost 3 yrs old) suddenly stopped working during a recent cook. I reached out to the company to see how to repair the product and they are taking steps to ensure I get a replacement unit free of charge. Outstanding customer service from Adaobi. They stand behind their products
It is a nice small unit. It doesn't have the suction i would have liked , but it gets the job done, I will have to see how they hold up in the freezer. It would be nice to have a place for the cord to be stored
Shipping was on time and no problems
Have owned numerous Anova products and after a recent warranty issue, I would never buy their products. No phone, can't ever talk to anyone, offshore cheap dumb "customer service Representatives. " Look up their reputation on all the review sites. They are ALL bad. They focus on sales, not on good reliable products. They will not show this review, suppress everything that shows how badly the company deals with any issues. I will certainly never hear from Anova on this review.
We have 3 different sous vide appliances and love them. However, the plastic parts on the clamps easily break. We thought this would be a quick fix but the customer service, which is email only, was very cumbersome. They did send a replacement, but it was the wrong one. Again, we love the appliance itself but wish the customer service was better.
Unsatisfactory response.
I would request a refund the cooker not working after one use
The containers and lid arrived in a great box. I use the cooker lid all the time now, it’s excellent for keeping the heat in and stopping evaporation. Very happy with this purchase!

Can't control the temperature on the device itself! Have to use my phone and get strong armed into a subscription - are you kidding me!? What rubbish! Tried to return item but Anova basically make that impossible, return portal doesn't work for Australian customers. Loved the old version, new version is terrible.

I loved the oven when I first bought it but it is riddled with problems, is made like garbage and they don't stand behind the product. First oven started having issues about a year into owning it with it randomly shutting off. I Eventually got a replacement oven after about 4-6 months of back and forth emails and phone calls. The new oven lasted 13 months before it also crapped out. It won't stay on customer support was useless and solution was to buy a new one as it is now out of warranty. WHY on earth would I buy a replacement to the product that has such a horrible track record and shelf life. Do yourself a favor take the complaints about it dying just before or just out of warranty serious as this is nothing more than a throw away appliance. They also changed the software to require a subscription which was originally included as part of the feature set. It really is too bad that the product is so badly made as it could be a great little oven if they didn't cut corners and dealt with the overheating, random shutting off, water reservoir not seating properly or registering it. Also when you run the descale function it doesn't pause and empties about a half gallon of water all over the floor.

Take the review with out conditions
The sous vide stick works very well, nothing to complain about. However, trying to charge a subscription fee in order to see recipes in the apps has to be one of the most ridiculous attempts of monetisation I've witnessed so far. Probably wouldn't recommend this product to others solely because of that.
