The Anova Precision Chamber Vacuum does an excellent job at sealing liquid items. This is why I purchased this appliance and the description was true to form.
Loving it
I’m extremely satisfied. I use the Anova circulator together with a container and chamber vacuum, and the results are consistently impressive. The temperature control is stable, heating is predictable, and the whole setup makes it easy to achieve restaurant-quality food at home. I’ve cooked everything from chicken and steak to long cooks on tougher cuts, and the results are juicy and perfectly even every time. Especially when combined with a chamber vacuum, you get a professional level of both texture and shelf life. The equipment feels solid, well thought out, and clearly designed for people who actually use sous vide frequently — not just occasionally. This has become a permanent tool in my kitchen.
Anova has been a reliable retailer. The products are well made and the quality is outstanding. The shipping has been very prompt. I have had a five star experience with this brand and would not hesitate a repeat purchase. Professional quality for the home chef.
It took a month and 4 days to arrive and by that time my husband’s birthday had passed (which is why I bought it) and I had already bought him something else so I returned it the day after it arrived (less than 24 hours later completely unopened. It’s now been 2 weeks since it was returned, a week and two days since it was signed for and received back by Anova and still they had yet to issue my refund. Shipping stayed 3-5 days and yet it took over a month. So slow to mail it, so slow to reply, so slow to issue a refund when an unopened, unused, un damaged box get returned. I’m still not sure what the hold up is waiting to be refunded.

I returned my faulty oven on the 8/10/2025 it was promised that a new oven would by sent to me. All that I have received is promises,so after 4 months of waiting I have no new oven you have my old oven and my money. I have requested a refund which you refused I was promised a new oven in January. I have not received a response to my last email. This is the worst possible customer care I have ever experienced.
Useless company which provides no after sales service or help with glitchy app
After many attempts, I have tried to vacuum seal my products. The automatic “vacuum and seal” program never seals the bags, and I have to press the seal button manually, which results in air entering the bag and prevents me from achieving a full vacuum. Please note that I am a professional chef and I have done tons of vacuum sealing. With the bag roll, I cannot do my job. I would like to have an answer on my problem really soon

Anova cleverly hid this information in the advertising and basically forces you to buy a subscription to make a smart oven actually smarter than ovens built 100 years ago. Honestly, I feel cheated and I can’t trust Anova anymore. I will never again buy one of their products.
We ordered supplies and these guys sent it to California rather than the address on the order. Sent 3 emails and called. No one will fix their mistake. They took my money and sent nothing- that’s stealing.
