Great company to deal with

I have owned 2 Anova v1 precision ovens. I decided to pull the trigger on 2. 0 and from the time I set it up I realized that I did the right thing. The display on the front, the ability to list burners on the top and bottom to clean. The camera recognition. It has the same feel as when you finally buy a new car. It just runs better. You enjoy it more. If you are considering upgrading. Go for it. You will not regret your decision.

The Anova Precision Oven 2. 0 is a game-changer with its flawless steam function for bakery-quality crusts, rapid heat-up time, and endless menu options that simplify complex recipes. Cleanup is a breeze since the interior wipes down effortlessly. The only downsides are its large countertop footprint and a bulky handle that can hit the surface when opened on a wide table, but its unmatched performance makes it worth every inch of space.

Let say this. The APO has issues, reading the chat groups can scare anyone from buying one. But, It transformed our kitchen in a such a significant way that, although we find it expensive and with a short life expectancy, it is out of question that we would go without one. That is why we got a 2. 0 after our 1. 0 (?) gave up on us after 5 years (around $0. 70 per day) Note that, if the 1. 0 would have been still available, we would have bought the same. This being said, we are happy to have discovered the 2. 0. which we feel is an improvement on its predecessor. I give it a 5 stars, because perfection also has its faults.

Never received the product I was charged for. I’ve reached out multiple times and have received no response. I’ve had to resort to disputing the transaction through my credit card. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS

I have been extremely disappointed with Anova's after-sales service and warranty process. My Precision Cooker failed within its two-year warranty period. I lodged a warranty claim on 28 June 2026, and it was approved on 3 July. I was initially advised that my replacement had been processed and that I would receive shipping confirmation once it was dispatched. More than a month later, I am still waiting. During that time, I have had to repeatedly follow up for updates, only to be told that they are waiting for stock. While I appreciate that stock shortages can happen, Anova has been unable to provide any estimated timeframe for when my replacement will actually be supplied. They initially offered to refund only the amount I paid under a previous customer transition program rather than the cost of replacing the product today. After further discussions, they confirmed they would prioritise my replacement once stock becomes available, but I am still left waiting with no indication of when that will be. The product itself is excellent when it works, which is why I wanted a replacement rather than a refund. Unfortunately, the warranty support has been frustrating, slow, and lacking meaningful communication. I hope Anova improves the way it handles warranty claims because the level of after-sales service I've experienced has not matched the quality of the product.

I've only had the APO2 for a few weeks, but I'm loving it so far. Highlights at this point include baking cookies with 20% humidity so they come out a bit more chewy, and being able do bagless sous vide on a piece of meat before putting it onto fan bake/broil (grill) to brown it off/convert the skin to crackling on a piece of pork - it's so good not having to clean the bags!!
