I’ve been very happy with the Anova Vacuum Sealer. I use it every week and it’s been reliable and easy to operate. It’s great for meal prep and food storage, and I’ve also used it to vacuum-seal camping meals with excellent results. The seals are strong, the suction is powerful, and it helps keep food fresh for much longer. Overall, it’s a great value and a product I would definitely recommend.

Just got this unit and I love it! Pulls an excellent vacuum and the double seal is a huge plus. Love the options. To make this an even better product, the vacuum tray needs to be removable! Very difficult to sanitize if liquid gets in to it during the vacuum/seal process. Mike N.

I received an automated email asking how I am enjoying my new Anova Precision Cooker Nano. The truth is, I haven't been able to use it even once. My original order arrived completely broken—the top control panel was totally detached, plastic parts were snapped, and internal wiring was exposed right out of the box. Customer support sent a replacement, which arrived with the exact same catastrophic damage. After jumping through their ridiculous hoops (I was forced to record a video of myself cutting the power cord of the faulty unit to get another one), they sent a THIRD replacement. Anticipating the worst, I recorded a continuous unboxing video of the courier package. Unsurprisingly, the third unit was destroyed in the exact same way as the first two. It has been three weeks, I've received three shattered devices, and it's clear Anova has a massive issue with their warehouse, shipping, or overall quality control. I am beyond frustrated. Save your money, your time, and your nerves. Do not buy this product until they figure out how to ship an item without it falling apart in the box.

I spent a few days researching vacuum sealers before purchasing. I bought directly from the manufacturer because of price and ease of ordering.

I was also satisfied with the fairly quick delivery.

I have always bought my sous vide machine from Anova. I must bought at least 10 machines. However the past few devices seems to break down very easily (the temperature shows a number when in fact it is measuring way above the shown temperature) and a few other issues. I am just really disappointed with the quality of the devices recently.
