Fast delivery and exactly as advertised

I was sceptical at first, as animota does not have a lot of reviews - but attempted ordering because one of the figures was not available anywhere else. I ended up ordering 4 figures (all of them in stock) to utilize the shipping fee a little bit more efficient. After I placed the order, it took 11 days (including holidays) for the shipment, arrived 4 days later in my country, stayed at import customs for 9 days and finally reached at my destination after in total 25 days from placing the order. The order was very well packaged, padded with bubble foil everywhere and using a (for my country) unusually thick cardboard box that protected the figures perfectly. If I was to order again from Japan directly, I would definitely consider animota a second time.

I live in the United States and I haven't noticed that my order can't ship through because of the Trump tariff. Instead of using Japan Post, can you use FedEx, UPS, or DHL instead please? Thank you! ;)

All Items I ordered came in pristine condition.

Good website, good payment options, not all accept paypal which is a big plus for Animota. Shipping was tracked and delivery was quick.

So I wanted to order figurines and the shipping used to cost ~$70 But now they raised the shipping price to $83 when I only want to buy four items that cost less than $65 like it said I would be paying almost $150 for only four items? Lower the shipping prices.

Ordering process was without issues, the team also answered to my mail in timely manners. My only gripe is that I could not choose a different delivery method, since the company that took care of the package in my country is not very reliable. Despite that I still managed to receive the order with a couple of phone calls. The packaging is awesome.
