After a good smile us failed to deliver on my product after waiting a year. This website was amazing enough to have what I was looking for. It is exactly what I wanted.

Would love that the price for tariffs in the US could be calculated and handled on the website, that’s my only concern, the process and handling was good, it took a while to arrive but came in perfect conditions.

This was my first purchase on the website so I ordered something small to see if it was trustworthy. I live in switzerland and ordered a Miho (from Girls und Panzer) figure from Nendoroid. My purchase was processed within 22 days after ordering . I recived the order 9 days the shipping notification. The seller also notified me when I was able to pick up my purchase at a postlocation, after not beeing able to recive it at my home. The only downside of the order was that the package of the figure was damged at some spots, the figure itself was perfectly fine. I must say I don't know if the damege was caused by the shipping or if it was stored wrong, because the protective material seemed good enough to me. German: dies war mein erster Einkauf auf dieser Webseite, daher habe ich etwas kleines bestellt um zu prüfen ob sie vertrauenswürdig ist. Ich lebe in der Schweiz und habe eine Miho (von Girls und Panzer) Figur von Nedoroid bestellt. Mein Einkauf wurde innerhalb von 22 Tagen nach dem der Bestellung verarbeitet. Mein Bestellung habe nach 9 Tage nach der Benachrichtigung des Versands erhalten. Der Verkäufer hatte mich auch benachrichtigt das ich meine Bestellung bei der nächsten Poststelle abholen kann, da ich nicht in der Lage war sie zuhause entgegen zu nehmen. Das einzig negative an der Bestellung war das die Verpackung der Figur an gewissen Stellen beschädigt war, die Figur an sich war in top zustand. Dabei muss ich sagen das ich nicht weiss ob der Schaden beim Versand oder durch falsche Aufbewahrung entstanden ist, weil der Versandschutz gut genug aussah.

I ordered very late 21/12 so expected it to be a long delivery as the shop was closed over the holiday period. Order received on the 26/1. I did contact them to get a rough idea of a delivery time frame and email was answered promptly. Item ordered was as described and packaging excellent. My only complaint would be lack of communication when order is placed. An email to confirm order placement then nothing. Nothing on that email to advise of holiday closure or expected delivery. Would order again from them

Got exactly what I was expecting. Quality of figured and packaging was excellent. Shipping took a while but as expected from Japan to California. Once it did ship it only took about 3 days. Will be ordering again.
