I ordered an item from the United States for $135, and the company completely failed to disclose that I would be charged four times sales tariff taxes, totaling $406. I was only told the package size and where it was coming from—never that I would be responsible for excessive and outrageous tax charges. As I refused to pay it was returned to them and still they decided refuse the refund so they kept my money and the merchandise. Stay away from these thieves. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to issue a refund even though these fees were never disclosed upfront. This is extremely misleading, lacks transparency, and feels like the company is taking advantage of customers. If I had known I would be charged over three times the cost of the product in taxes, I would have never placed the order. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you want to risk hidden fees and zero accountability from customer support.

Good models but I paid more in shipping then I did the actual item. I would never ever suggest this site to someone with the tariffs at the moment. I've been played the fool for buying something off this site.

Extremely expensive for cheap plastic. Almost $400 for 3 pieces I had to pay around $80 for shipping to them and on top of that I had to pay around $85 for customs here in USA. Found the same in Amazon for around $13 to $25 each! Save your money!

I sent a complaint to customer support with pictures but so far I haven't heard anything about it, the plushie I got is really cute otherwise

Customer service is horrible. First I was sent an email saying that they couldn't ship to the US,. Refused to cancel the order. Then actually shipped it. Didn't charge tarrif when purchased, left that to DHL.

I've never had any trouble at all with animota. I have found that for me, purchasing goods from animota has always worked out a lot cheaper than buying the same stuff in my own country. Granted, I have to wait a little for my things to be delivered but this is not a problem to me considering I can get what I want for a lot less money even with delivery on top. Plus the range that animota has is staggering too. I literally can't help myself and buy more because the bulk discount is excellent. Thank you animota! I've fallen in love with figure collecting again!

Took a while, but I got my Lucy figurine. It was made well with quality. Also, it was not damaged at all when it arrived.

Can I ask why the price for the swordmith village arc muichiro sitting figure went from 24$ to a whole $94 why are these prices so absurd when you least expect. I’ve seen that figure in videos and it’s smaller than a hand there’s just no way, please change it back down to 24$ I was literally gonna buy it next month.
