I bought some Marin Kitagawa figures from Animota as this was my first time ever ordering them through this site the delivery was dispatched within about 2 weeks of placing the order and the items were handled with so much care all items were bubbled wrapped and had plenty of padding inside the box such as airbags and further bubble wrap around the box would defs order from Animota again 10/10 (5 Stars)

Things arrived in new condition as advertised. Would most deffentily order from them again. Wish shipping was less expensive, even if it took longer to arrive, but that's really not something they can control.

I like the products available, but the website & app are practically unusable. The interface was mindnumbingly slow and crashed often.

Ordered 1/8 Unzen from Azur lane, shipment time was fine even during christmas time. Packaging is the best i ever received, by far. Got a very good price on her.

A little slow out of the gate on shipping (7 days) but once shipped, it arrived in Vancouver in another 2 days. It was professionally packaged & brand spanking new, as promised. The GWF-1000 Frogman, to my mind, is 'THE' epitome of a G-Shock watch. The specifications of the watch speak to that.

Everthing was fine!

I paid less than 30 bucks for 1 of the figures, and even tho It might not be originally made in Japan, I liked it so far, I do not care about rare and collectables, I just want to look at my favorite character, I inspected the figure closely, and unfortunately it got a little bit of glue on the left side of the hair, but is not very noticeable, but for the price I paid, I can easily say, it matches the quality of an Nintendo amiibo, so I was satisfied with my order, also, I understand why DHL charge me extra Due to the new Tariffs policy from U. S. Customs, witch I was already informed, so even tho the seller did not clarified this, I wasn't surprised since Japanese laws and USA laws are different, they still sell good products, I will be happy to shop here again :)

I ordered an item from the United States for $135, and the company completely failed to disclose that I would be charged four times sales tariff taxes, totaling $406. I was only told the package size and where it was coming from—never that I would be responsible for excessive and outrageous tax charges. As I refused to pay it was returned to them and still they decided refuse the refund so they kept my money and the merchandise. Stay away from these thieves. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to issue a refund even though these fees were never disclosed upfront. This is extremely misleading, lacks transparency, and feels like the company is taking advantage of customers. If I had known I would be charged over three times the cost of the product in taxes, I would have never placed the order. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you want to risk hidden fees and zero accountability from customer support.
