The jet rack gets 4. 5 stars, I have no major issue with that product. Only -. 5 star because instructions are kinda bad and I had an issue with QC of supplied hardware, easily worked around. American Van asking for a review 4 times is NOT ok and means 2 things. 1: I won't shop with them anymore. 2: All the reviews on the site are likely just people wanting American Van to leave them alone since there's no "unsub" from the review email . So if block them to make this review email go away, it's hard to do buisness with them.
