The unit (MSU-49) is not very big and the drawers roll cheaply and the latch system has to be lifted to both open and close them. I expected a lot better quality for the over priced unit.

Everything arrived when it was supposed to. All the measurements were accurate. I will always use your accessories!

I'm sort of at a loss. I put more than a dozen vans together with this company over the years. We recently switched brands of van. I inquired about whether or not the brands of ladder racks they carry will hit the side door when it is open. I referred to a brand they don't carry and told them this is the problem I don't want. The 'customer service specialist' replied 'we don't carry that brand so we can't answer that question'. I had to send the message multiple times to get this response. The guy clearly didn't even read the message. They don't seem to care about our business. We will go to Elite Truck. They're support already answered back respectfully.
