We got samples and none were this bad. It’s barely embossed. You can’t see it if you’re a few feet away. Reached out to start the return process but haven’t heard back. I hope they don’t charge us the 25% restock fee as this is terrible.

Everything was great - it's just hard to match up new batch paint colors/finishes with old batches. Had to touch up to match my old ceiling!
