The samples were amazing to look at and get ideas with my existing countertops. I received them promptly in about 3 days! I highly recommend the excellent quality of service and brand.

Good selection of patterns and colors. Shipping package arrived well protected.

Shipping was done in reasonable time, also had a mix up in order and Nikki Fillie took care of it immediately.

After receiving our order, realized we must have ordered the gunsmoke instead of brushed nickel that we needed. We also paid extra for rust protection. I wanted to know if reverse side was also rust protected, and we would just use that side. When I called, the 800 number was a swerved by the normal "Thank you for calling" routine, but ended there. No options, just dead space. Tried to call 3 times. I then got online and put my question on the chat option. 0 response. Thanks for nothing. I could have ordered basically the same thing off Temu for $100. Next time I WILL.

Beautiful, affordable, great quality, and timeless!

The pieces we ordered are top quality and look beautiful, but the turnaround was very long. The website quoted 4 to 6 weeks for the finish we chose, but it took nearly 8. The 426 week quote was also buried in an FAQ and not readily apparent from the product page. Definitely not a dealbreaker for the quality of the pieces, but something you should definitely plan ahead for on your projects.
