Black stains are present on some of the tiles I received and would not rub off

Shipping wasn't as quick as I had hoped, I did have to check on the order because it hadn't arrived in two weeks. Once I inquired, the package shipped quickly.

Since I was repairing the ceiling it is patch work so the color finish doesn't match. Will be painting the ceiling

The tiles we ordered are absolutely beautiful , and my ceiling looks fabulous. I was very disappointed when you would not allow me to return six tiles back to you that we did not need. The man who put up the ceiling guesstimated what we would need. We used all twenty of pattern number three , with the square pattern , and we ordered eleven of the ones that were more bubbly , and we're going to be a border. Hey , used five of the eleven tiles and you would not let me return the 6 to you. So I will pass along this news to anyone I speak with your child's beautiful , but don't think they'll take any in return . I know I wouldn't even get all of my money back , because we're talking about ninety seven dollars worth of tiles , that would cost me probably thirty bucks to return them to you. But I would still return some of my money to my account. It makes me sad that your business policy is not to accept something in return. I tried to do it with you in maybe. \nEighteen days from the day you sent them to me. Your child's a beautiful , but your return policy sucks. And I will be certain. Just pass that along to anyone I show pictures of my room too.

I felt like the lead time to get product was a little long, but then I realized it was just me being impatient LOL! We have run into a couple of pieces where the press or the die might have had an issue. It doesn't mean the product wasn't unusable, it was at the locking edge and we just used those where our cuts allowed us to put that edge behind a cabinet, counter top, the range hood or cook top. Product was well packaged so that the product was not damaged during shipping. I was very pleased the website offering a calculator to determine dimensions and how much product was required (I still added another 3-4 pieces per area on top of the recommended extra pieces so we had test pieces for the brake when we start bending to cover the beam). Ordering was easy. Highly recommend.

I just got a few pieces of #3 unfinished to try out as a backsplash for our temporary kitchen, and we were quite impressed with the beauty & the quality of the tiles. we were debating to go with ceramic tiles or the tin tiles for the final finish but definitely leaning to use the tin tile, in Artisan Copper Washed White. I'll be ordering the sample for that soon. Oh and the tiles were very carefully packed and arrived in a perfect condition. Thank you.

Not at all pleased with this company. Once my order was placed, I have been left in the dark as to when it will arrive or an estimated shipping date. I have emailed twice to inquire and have heard nothing back. If I could cancel my order I would. Will never use them again or recommend them. Grossly disappointed in the customer service, or incredible lack thereof.
