Just takes too long to receive especially a full size sample

These showed different finishes & patterns. Really helped me determine what color & finish for my project.

You did good offering the samples to those that weren’t familiar with your product?

The sample took a long time to arrive. Therefore we paid for something we could not even evaluate for the project because the decision had to be made before this sample arrived.
