The day before delivery, someone called and said they had to cancel. Several days later, maybe even a week, I called customer service to say I still hadn’t gotten it. She had to track it down and call me back. It came soon after. I will say the packaging was very good. I’m giving four stars because I think the fault was more with the delivery service.
