Company falsely advertises a white glove delivery service that is most certainly not white glove.

I thought this would be a real wood nightstand. It is well built, but the wood has a very manufactured almost plastic like feel.

Where is my small end table? I placed this order over three weeks ago. Tried to give my business to someone other than the big boys like Wayfair who would’ve delivered this small in stock item within two days. American Home didn’t even process my order for over a week. Then they sent it to some delivery service who has been sitting on it for over two weeks. I’m starting to feel scammed. I have no idea where my order is or why I have not received it. This should be a simple two day delivery as the item was in stock. I guess there’s a reason why Wayfair and the others are so huge as they are well oiled machine unlike this mess.

I got a coupon that I could not apply. Why did you even send it to me ? Incentives that cannot be used or duplicitous . My item took several months to arrive. You charge my card and kept my money while I waited. I shouldn’t have had to pay for something I didn’t receive. The interest on that money should’ve gone in my bank account not to your company. I’m basically disgusted by my experience with American home furniture.

My experience with American Home Furniture was 5-star in every way.

I ordered two recliner chairs in October of 2025. I was told they would arrive in December. Each month I was told the chairs would take longer to arrive. By mid March, I went to the showroom because I wanted to see the model of the chair to match some accessories. It was no longer in the showroom. The salesperson assured me they would arrive by the end of March. Last week I received a message from AI indicating the chairs were ready for pickup. I picked them up and took them home in boxes. I just unboxed them yesterday and set them up. They are the wrong chairs. I feel like American just gave me similar chairs because the ones I ordered are no longer available; if that is the case, it is unethical behavior.
