I got a coupon that I could not apply. Why did you even send it to me ? Incentives that cannot be used or duplicitous . My item took several months to arrive. You charge my card and kept my money while I waited. I shouldn’t have had to pay for something I didn’t receive. The interest on that money should’ve gone in my bank account not to your company. I’m basically disgusted by my experience with American home furniture.

My experience with American Home Furniture was 5-star in every way.

I ordered two recliner chairs in October of 2025. I was told they would arrive in December. Each month I was told the chairs would take longer to arrive. By mid March, I went to the showroom because I wanted to see the model of the chair to match some accessories. It was no longer in the showroom. The salesperson assured me they would arrive by the end of March. Last week I received a message from AI indicating the chairs were ready for pickup. I picked them up and took them home in boxes. I just unboxed them yesterday and set them up. They are the wrong chairs. I feel like American just gave me similar chairs because the ones I ordered are no longer available; if that is the case, it is unethical behavior.

I own a variety of these tables in different sizes. I put antlers (deer sheds) in them. They make excellent display cases. Well built and easy to assemble

Not for me

Absolutely the most beautiful coffee table ever ! I collect gemstones, crystals & rocks. I choose the garden Turairum coffee table. I did add lighting.

I love these nightstands! Simple, elegant, minimalist, natural. They fit perfectly on both sides of my bed.

Other than having to manage the size and put it together, we love it. It does have a few flaws on the table top but they are not too noticeable.
