The carpet is lovely

After about 10 weeks, I asked for a refund. I was told 4-5 weeks for shipping (I paid for white glove), then found out it was going to take longer and at 7 weeks received notice it was coming, then the day before it was to be delivered was informed it was not being delivered. Two weeks later another notice it was being delivered, an early morning text that it was on its way and then couple hours later a phone call that the item didn't pass quality control. What a mess.

It took a few weeks to receive the item. When I emailed customer service, responses were prompt, but real-time tracking wasn't available.

The Parq 60” table is a great addition to our dining room and the quality is exceptional, especially given the decent pricing. Shipping took a while but delivery was easy and without damage.

The dresser itself is beautiful but during shipping both times it was broken. The first time with on crack in the side where to junctions met the top but they were great about getting a replacement sent out right away and telling me I could just donate the other one. The second one arrived totally broken and smashed on both sides. They again were great to work with giving me options and a full refund. I was able to gift them away for free to others in need. I don't know how it can be avoided because this piece is very heavy and I can understand after moving the boxes around twice and needing two people why it comes damaged as there's only one FedEx driver who has to move it on his own so it obviously gets banged around and splits where the joints come together on the sides and top. Sadly going to look locally for something instead because the hassle of coming broken and needed to donate is time consuming.

I love my new table! It is perfect for the room, it is of such high quality. I was surprised at how thick the glass top is. It looked good online but it is even better in person. It is very solid. When I can I think I will buy the coffee table that matches also. I also found the very best price at American Home Furniture. The shipping went perfect and they kept in touch. Thank you!
