Myself and my husband have been on our spa journey for 8 months. We struggled to find anyone who would take us seriously or communicate clearly. Alpine spa communication and customer service was great and so supportive even when we had issues with payment they made the process easy and stress free. The delivery process was easy and successful. The spa is amazing and just what we wanted.

I’m so pleased we spent the extra money! We’ve been planning this for years and wanted to get the best spa we could afford. The Edmonton is amazing, set on 40. 5, we’ve used it twice a day for the last 3 weeks. I the massaging jets are great after a tough day and so relaxing before bed. We have found the entire process dealing with Alpine Spas, from the initial contact with the salesperson, Balraj Janda who was very knowledgable and helpful, through to the dispatch team to be faultless, even with a slight hiccup with delivery (no fault of Alpine). Communication was excellent and very timely and the delivery team were very friendly and efficient. The pool itself is wonderful, quiet as per advertising material, great design, perfect for soaking away the aches after a day in the garden. Really pleased with our sauna! Josh and Jay were great to deal with and Chris and Logan did a great install. Love the wifi feature so its ready as soon as I get home and love the window from which we can look out onto our garden.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the Montreal Spa from Alpine. The spa itself is pure relaxation with powerful jets, perfect seating layout, and the kind of soak that melts your whole week away. And once again, Monica was awesome to work with. She made everything effortless, just like she did with our first spa. We even helped her sell a Munro at the Home Show - That's how much we appreciate Alpine and Monica This is our second spa purchased through Monica, and her service continues to be exceptional.
