Called to arrange shipping and shipping was handled well. I'm glad we went for the delivery as the crate is enormous and heavy when it's full. Everything packed really well.

Great easy shipping

From start to finish the team have been very helpful. There was a slight delay with the delivery company - outside of Alpines control - but the driver helped us move the spa into position even though we had only paid for curbside drop off.

We are absolutely loving our new spa. From the sales people through to the delivery and set up it has been a smooth and easy set up and start to using it. In summer here in Christchurch when the evenings are cooler it is perfect for a dip before bed. We can't wait until we are able to soak up the warmth in winter too.
