fast shipping, good communciation and instructions

I purchased the Lucca Sauna from Alpine spas and have been so impressed with the quality of materials. The instructions were inuative with parts well labeled and described. It is the perfect size for an at home sauna for myself and my partner and so looking foward to winters in it ! (please note pic is without the trim installed)

The delivery and installation were seamless. The spa was delivered and positioned perfectly, and the installer returned the next day to fit the cover lifter, which makes opening and closing it incredibly easy. He also installed the cover locks and drilled the hole for the power cable. All the packaging was taken away, which was a nice touch.

Great Customer service

Fantastic experience from end to end - customer service was great both via email and over the phone when pickup from the Auckland collection point was arranged and the info for pickup + assembly was very helpful. The product itself is amazing, we absolutely love it and we're so glad we decided to go with Alpine.

The service from Alpine Spas was fantastic from beginning to end. They kept me informed every step of the way, with clear communication around delivery, setup, and collection. Everything was smooth, well-organised, and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better.

Service was great and very helpful. Shipping from Ch. Ch -Dn Mainfreight Depot was also good and I picked my sauna up from there to home. Assembly was pretty easy no complications at all, it was just like putting a jigsaw together. Very happy with my purchase 💕

I would rate the communication and service from. Alpine Spa as being excelent , from the moment we bought the sauna online until the delivery day . Plenty of informations via email about shipping, how to put together, etc . Packaging and handling were top notch . Overall a great experience dealing with Alpine Spa
