Everyone was great - AJ was accommodating when we were deciding whether to finance or not in allowing us the timne to think about it. Dispatch were flexible when we changed our minds from picking up ourselves to having it delivered and then the delivery team bought it right to the garage door which we really appreciated as our driveway is long and to unpack at the roadside and cart down to the house would have been a little problematic as the weather was a little inclement. Loved the service and consideration of the team.

Alpine Spas were great to work with. Easy on-line ordering system. We chose the delivery option and it arrived on time and well packaged. My preference would be for no polystyrene to be used, if an eco- friendly option could be found that would enhance the experience. I would recommend checking out their range of Saunas.
