Amazing service outstanding product.

Great professional service. Shipped from Christchurch to the West coast, no fuss, and arrived in good time. The product has exceeded our expectations!

Both Amber and Liam did well and the shippers delivered on time and unpacked where required. It's heavy so don't do it yourself unless you have lots of friend's :)

From the sales team to delivery I found this process so easy, I was daunted by the look of the kitset but once we got into it it actually went together really well.

Service was perfect

Great experience

From walking into the showroom till it was delivered the sales person and follow up have been exceptional.

Couldn’t fault the team at Alpine. Michael in dispatch was especially patient and an excellent communicator. Thanks to all!

good customer service

We were kept in the loop every step of the way.

Great to deal with and our delivery was seamless - highly recommend using someone to install it if you are not a DYI person

no issues with transport and getting lifted into place and setting the spa up,

The Alpine Spa team have been great. Super helpful and accommodating as we were deciding.

The whole experience felt seamless, and it gave us real confidence that we had chosen the right company and spa.
