This battery backup makes the phone feel more substantial while you are talking with it. It also gives peace of mind to the user knowing they can fully recharge their phone with the battery backup.

I mistakenly bought the wrong size cover. I was sent a return shipping Free of Charge. Prior to ending our call the representative and their manager realized that the storeroom had 2 discontinued covers of the size I needed. It was offered at a discount which I happily accepted. Glad they were so accommodating and helpful.

Amazon does not ship lithium batteries to my state. Alpatronix shipped with reasonable cost.

Great deal! I just can not believe some pay way more just for a case! These Alpatronix cases are excellent. It sounds like a paid advertisement but it is real!

I bought a new Alpatronix case for my iPhone 11, and it does not charge to capacity even overnight. It takes about 8 - 9 hours to get to about 50%. I used Alpatronix cases before and they worked fine. This one is clearly faulty. I don't know if they changed suppliers, materials, manufacturing process, but this case just does not serve the purpose. I will not buy Alpatronix again and will leave according review on Amazon too.

I have used this thing daily for a couple of years. I do have to swap to a second one due to the number of hrs I use my phone... but dang Im NEVER tied to a wall on a regular charger. The two of them keep my phone and moving for sometimes upto 20 hrs a day. When i get a newer phone i will make sure its one that alpatronix supports with the extended battery..

We ordered this online Nov 25 and never received ANY delivery notification or information on whereabouts and now the post office displays a ‘disposed by post office’ notice in tracking history. CAN ANYONE HELP??

Our whole family has I iPhones and use the Alpatronix battery/protective cases. They fit perfectly, have survived a number of hard drops, and keep charging. Value for money. The most important part for us is they are the thinnest and least bulky slip ons on the market.

This is my annual purchase of the extra battery case for the latest iPhone. I won’t order any other place now. So very happy with the product and customer service!
