I purchased the holster for my iphone 14 pro max. The fit was loose, but I managed to insert some rubber padding to snug up the fit. I am pleased with now having the ability to make access to the phone more accessible by simply lifting up the phone from the holster rather than struggling to take the phone out of a conventional holster. Also, the belt clip a nice touch.

The customer service over the phone was great. I loved the case and I am very pleased with the structure, design, and everything about it. But I was very disappointed that I received a defective case. When holding down the button to charge my iphone it only charges my phone for 5-10 seconds then the case turns off and stops charging. When the case is fully charged it will charge my phone. If the case is missing one light on the amount of case charger indicator (4 lights/dots) then it will not charge the phone. The case only charges the phone when the case is 100% charged. If the case is not 100% charged then it will not charge my phone. So I end up having to charge the phone and the case anyways. I was pleased with the quick service for them to send a new one and I truly hope this new one is not defective. Fingers crossed!

I have had several cases over the years, and this is the BEST case that I have found to protect all my iPhones… protection is the key, for how expensive the iPhones can be… Thank you…

I like the product more than other similar products that I've tried. I like that it's lighter weight, more slim line and easy to operate. I don't like that I have to get a new one every month or so because it stops charging my phone even as I'm charging the device. I hope that problem is solved before I decide to accept the things I don't like about another product and stop buying or recommending Alpatronix

Never had an issue working with this company or their staff. Fast on getting back and working with to trouble shoot and fix.

This is my 3rd Alpatronix case. Their battery cases are the best. They protect the phone and provide extra power for people who work (and phones that work) long hours. Customer service is equally good and they stand behind their products. Superb.

The only negative comment on the product (Which I owned before ordering a new one) was that the faux leather coating deteriorated quickly and a vinyl would maybe have lasted longer. Keyboard has always performed well.

Quality of product was good and arrived in a timely fashion.

So far I have not had any problems in which I need to make contact. Product was received quickly after ordered.
