Products and customer service are superb, as are sales; only suggestion, ship using shippers other than USPS that will follow delivery instructions that prevent porch pirates.

I got a defective battery for the iPhone 8 but the support team quickly responded to my concern and got a replacement unit very fast. I have been using Alpatronix products for a while and have been very satisfied.

The charging case for my iPhone works as advertised - that’s all I could ask for. Unfortunately, it took two tries because the first case was faulty. However, the customer service alpatronix provided was beyond my wildest expectations. I emailed, they got back to me in minutes. We went back and forth on possible solutions, but they didn’t work. They said a new one would go out the next day, with a pre-paid label to return the non-working case, and I had my new case two days later. Amazing, and very much appreciated.

I originally sent an email to find out which case would work with Apple CarPlay. I had purchased and returned cases that claimed they did. I got a quick reply as to which phone case would work. I ordered right away. Shipping was quick. The phone case INDEED DOES WORK WITH APPLE CARPLAY! Finally I don’t have to take my phone out of the case in my truck! It may not be a pretty color, it may be bulky, but.. The battery for my iPhone does not last all day when I am busy using it for teaching my ZUMBA classes. My only beef with it is, it does not charge fast. At night when I charge it, I take it out of the case and charge the phone and battery case separately. Other than that, it’s a great case!! Great company! Thanks for the help, quick shipping, and a phone that works with my stereo! 🙌😊

Old school battery close out still best for me. The new version Amazon Alpat. Products stick in front pocket, and self destruct, (come apart) when pulling it out of your pocket due to design.
