package arrived promptly and well protected. Battery pack was already charged when it was received which was a big plus. Very pleased with the product.

This is great insurance for my phone’s working, and easy to carry. It adds very little weight or size to my iPhone, and easily fits in a shirt pocket. The battery is great; when I turn it on it completely recharges my phone. I wouldn’t ever be without it.

Still haven’t recieved it. I emailed you and called customer service they said they’d call me back to re send it but that hasn’t happened at all. I want my product that I paid for

I can’t say enough good about the support I got. Can’t remember the person’s name, but he was patient, courteous and kind. I’d buy from Alpatronix again!!

Qi Phone Case: for my iPhone 8se has never let me down; what a great case; it's fairly durable and extremely helpful to have on-the-job as I use several apps that drain this 'ol battery; the fact that I can more than double my use of the phone is a game changer (and way less expensive than investing in a new phone). Also worth mentioning that some co-workers noticed, asked, and have gotten this case for their phones. I will say that some reviews will mention the lighting jack wearing out but it's important that-- we the user-- ensure we don't set the phone down while it's plugged in (having weight on the cord will absolutely wear it out); I can attest to some issues w/carplay and USB connectivity, however but still not a deal breaker for me. Thanks for a great product!

Overall, I utterly love Alpatronix, the products and the customer service, esp. Brian Hernandez! Disappointed you discontinued the KX-140 Bluetooth keyboard, but maybe something like it will show up that I can Beta test and buy on sale. Looking forward to Beta testing for you! Jai
