So i had ordered a part that's fairly elusive as far as EGR parts are concerned. So Number 1, Moparparts. com actually had the part when every local parts store including my local Dealer had a 7/15-7/20 availability date. Now mind You i have never heard of this website I have no clue why that is, I'm not stranger to ordering parts online. Anyhow I order my part and received a confirmation email in that email there is a link to check order status when I did that it showed my part being out of stock backordered. No good for me so I canceled the order. To look for some way to get it quicker. The next morning I get a call from a Gentleman from Moparparts. com asking why I canceled he explained that the part was shipping that morning and there was one when I ordered , Problem solved!! Pretty easy and that's my point what web site these days actually calls to talk to a customer never mind less than 24 hours after initial cancelation in my experience it's UNHEARD OF!!!! Usually u might get an automated response have to mire through a bunch of BS to even find out what's actually happening. Oh and by the way I'm a first time customer here and not spending alot for the part and I still got this kind of service. I'll tell You what from now on I'm comming here first for any of my Ram needs and I have 2 of them a 95 and a 19 so believe me I have alot of needs for sure. . I just want to thank the Gentleman who called me and thank the company not only did you shorten what was going to be a debacle of a repair for me You gave me a little faith again that there are some good caring companies out there still. And i was really starting to wonder if it was just a bygone thing of the past Good service that is. Thanks Again and ill be back very soon.

Amazing customer service. Benny sent the exact parts I needed for my upgrade. He even provided technical assistance in the installation. All Mopar Parts offered the parts for the upgrade as part of a kit at almost half the cost of buying the parts from a dealership. I can't say enough about how great my experience with Benny at All Mopar Parts was. He is my go to for all OEM parts.

t would be 5 stars except for weird shipping/admin issue. So i placed the order completely and accurately filling out the form as I do almost every day. We order and receive shipments at this same address for over 30 years. We got all the typical email confirmations and status updates you’d expect. Then after a few days I got a call on my phone from a very nice shipping person apologizing for the delay but needing to confirm my address, I confirmed it. I then went on line to review my order to confirm the address was perfect on my original order and was satisfied that between my initial accurate order and now the confirming call all was right with the world. After a couple weeks I went back online and inquired where my part was, the person I spoke with was very nice and professional but confirmed it was in shipping limbo for a reason that they did not understand. They confirmed that my initial order had a full and complete address, the payment had been made in full yet it was stalled in shipping. The rep was very nice, apologized, and got it shipped. Instead of a few days to get the part it the better part of a few weeks, but other than that it was perfect, an a nice little flashlight included as well.
